(We gonna jump into the school week to introduce more characters.)

Jabez POV

We finally came back to school on Monday after getting Nate settled in. The two day weekend felt like it was a whole week.

When we got to our 1st hour, I of course was saving the seat next to me for my baby since she had to take Nate to school.

I feel someone sit down next to me and it's not Aliana.

"Hi, I'm Addison." She stretches her arm out for a handshake.

"Jabez. And not to be a jerk, but that's where my girlfriend sits." I say shaking her hand.

"Oh! I'm so sorry. I'll find another seat." She says getting up leaving. She seems sweet.

I then realize that Addison is my other buddies' friend. They all hang out together in their "Hype House". They are all pretty popular on TikTok. Ondreaz, Tony, Maiko, Charlie, Dixie, Tayler, and Addison are just a few of them. Oh, and Charlie's boyfriend, Chase. They all go here but I really don't seem them until lunch, if they still have my lunch this year. Charlie is the youngest of everyone. She's in her sophomore year like Nate.

While I'm sitting here thinking about them, I don't realize that Ali walked in until she hits my leg, probably because I didn't acknowledge her presence.

I hold my leg and make this face at Ali making it seem like it hurt. All her mean ass did was just roll her eyes and take out her planner to write down the homework. Soon enough, class starts and it was a pretty chill 1st hour.

That is until the counselor walks in with all of my friends from the Hype House. Apparently they all wanted to switch their 1st hour and it just so happened that Ms. Gonzalez has the least amount of kids in her's.

I end up sitting next to Tony on my right and Ondreaz on the left side of Ali.

We end class early and have time to talk. I introduce Ali to everyone and she's able to fit in pretty easily with them. Soon enough, the gang makes her a TikTok account and follows her. Then they make her first TikTok with everyone in it so she could get some clout. They all post it on their accounts with all of their captions saying something like "new hype house member!"

Ali seemed pretty happy when she gained 5K while just sitting in 1st hour. Soon the bell rings and I head to my 2nd hour.

(Skip to lunch, like always)

I was sitting next to 4k1k, Eisha, and Ali like normal. A little bit after we got our lunch and sat down, Ondreaz appeared, and sat next to Ali.

I know Ali sweet and naive self doesn't realize it, but Ondreaz is lowkey hitting on her. And I can see it. Before I know it, he takes her over to sit with him and the rest of her new friends. I don mind her having new friends, but they are kinda taking her away from her other ones.

She tries to invite us over to sit with them, But I kindly decline and tell her to have fun. She gives me a kiss and heads over to them. I see the face Ondreaz makes when realization hits him and he looks down on the ground before turning back around. I hope that's enough for him to back down. Now don't get me wrong, he's one of my bestfriends besides 4k1k, but he does have his way with girls. I just won't let my girl be one of them.

Just a filler, and a little bit of drama to make this story go somewhere. I feel like soon enough, I'm gonna have a writer's block because I kinda had one before this chapter until someone DM'd me and telling me to add this to the story.
