Chapter Two~Tony Stark

Green tree.

No leaves tree.

Tree tree.

Just naming things on the side of the road, trying to distract myself as I lay down across the back seat. Honestly, really proud of myself it's been like what 45 minutes and I'm still invisible!

Although I was getting hungry and tried, I would need to recharge when this is over.

Wait what am I going to do when this is over! I never thought I would make it this far! What am I gonna do, say! I'll be arrested, or experimented on!

"It's crushing my feet." says Stark. I look over to the front the other man takes a backpack from Stark "Well what should I do with it?!" oh they were just bickering I'm fine. I return my gaze to playing my little game out the window.

Stark looks around "I don't know, just through it in the back!"

In the back?.....I'M IN THE BACK!!!!!

My thoughts were interrupted by a backpack being thrown onto me, "OWWW!!!!" I scream and push the bag off me. I look back ahead to see Stark and the other man looking at me. 

"Shit."

The car skits to a stop on the side of the road as I'm thrown into the back of one of the front seats. "Get her, get her!" I quickly open the car door and jump out looking around for something to use as a weapon.

As I'm looking on my knees I feel something against my head and stop "Stand up, turn around and I won't shoot." says the other man. There was a stick in front of me, I only had one chance to make this work.

Closing my eyes I grab the stick and stand turning around I hear the man back away. I open my eyes to find a gun in my hand, tonight has just been my night! Tony Stark stands next to the other man. "Hey let's not get into a shoot out and just put down our guns."

The man and I look at each other and start to lower our weapons, Stark walks over and grabs the gun "Wait I-" it disappears as the stick snaps in his hand and falls to the ground. The two men look at each other then back to me. Stark points to me "Did you do that, no how long have you been in the car!?"

I play with my fingers "Since the expo." I answer quietly. The two look at me in bewilderment "There was no one else in the car since before...three minutes ago!" says the other man, I look up ready to answer "I was invisible." I say confidently.

"That's it Happy get in the car, we're leaving." they start to walk towards the car, I put my hand on it and it disappears, okay didn't know I could make other things invisible. The two look even more shocked "Hear me out or no car." I say standing my ground.

"Fine, I answer you, then you answer me." says Stark, I nod "Deal." I think about my next words carefully "My parents told me your father was the smartest man alive, and that you would be to so I had to-"

"Oh I see your just another fan, come on Happy lets go."

"I need your help!!!!!" they freeze and turn to me "My parents told me you are the smartest man alive, I was hoping once I snuck into the expo the smartest man alive could help me with this." I take my hand off the car it reapers, put my hand back on the it disappears. 

Stark walks over and holds out his hand "Tony Stark as you probably know." I smile shaking it "Illisha Absaar." he smiles and points to the other man "That's Happy." he picks up his gun off the ground "Hey." 

"You hungry?" ask Tony.

"Starving!"

"Good get in the front, Happy sit back."

"What?" we ask Tony looks to me "I have questions."

I smile getting into the front seat as Tony drives down the highway.

"So you can make yourself and things disappear?" I look at the road ahead of us "With a lot of effort, yes."

"You can transform other things as well?"

"Sort of not transform but trick other, illusions but the original object has to be to same size and shape or close to it, and has to have the same mass." 

"Wow, anything else?"

"I can see through other tricks."

"Explain."

"Your holograms at the Expo, to my eyes there a little buzzy and have partial dots through them, as well as the image being close to one full color."

"So you can make illusions but see through them as well?" I look at him a little shocked that he was able to keep up really quickly. "J.A.R.V.I.S run a search on Illisha Absaar." I look at him confused, who was he talking to?

Just then a British voice comes out of no were as well as a hologram screen popping up in front of me making me jump a little "Illisha Absaar I can find nothing other then a video on YouTube." 

The video starts playing in front of me on the hologram.

A guy was hiding behind one of the pillars of the railway bridge, it looked like William who used to bully me back in senior year, on the bridge was a 18 year old me trying to fight Calum.

"Who's that?" ask Happy.

"The guy taking the video is dumb ass William, the other is Calum he was my best friend."

"Was?" ask Happy.

"There was a stone we found, I let him take it home to look at but whatever it contained went to me and he wanted me dead for power, simple as that." I say sadly "J.A.R.V.I.S delete any video trace of Illisha." says Tony and it disappears.

I look to him "Why would you do that?" I ask.

"Well if your gonna be my apprentice you need a clean name."

"Apprentice?!" shouts me and Happy.

"How old are you?" ask Tony.

"Twenty One."

"Listen kid I'm offering you this because I can help you, that and you can help me more." Tony says turning the wheel into a drive-thur McDonalds, he starts to order as a smile comes to my face.

I would be able to help Tony Stark and be his apprentice, this is all happening so fast, I never expected this to happen or actually talk to Tony.

I turn back to see Tony holding out a drink to me "So kid what do you say?"

I smile taking the drink "I'm in." I take a long sip "That taste good after using invisibility for a while."

"Yeah about that you're going with me to court." me and Happy look shocked "Your gonna sit up there with me, there probably gonna ask how you know me, just say I'm taking you under my wing and then they'll look at your collage records and-"

I make a hissing noise as I suck in my breath "Yeah......about collage......" 

Tony looks over at my quickly and jumps the wheel "You haven't been to collage, and some how you know the mass of atom energy?!"

I make a face of offense "For your information......I never even graduated high school."

"WHAT!?!?" Tony shouts he sighs "J.A.R.V.I.S." 

"On it sir." just then the hologram appears in front of me again on it are different collage graduation files. 

Robotics? 

Engineering?

Physics?

"Harvard, Yale?" I ask looking at Tony, he shrugs "Only the best."

I smile sighing "I'm so dead."

Tony nods "Arn't we all, to D.C.?"

I look at him smiling shrugging. "What the heck, to D.C."
