"I don't have any" the boy said silently. Kyra only looked at him in disbelief to what she had just heard.

'No element?! This has to be untrue, then that will mean he's the same as Alex' as she got lost in her thoughts, the boy looked at her worriedly. She finally noticed Jack's grimace expression, she only smiled and said.

"Don't worry, I won't hurt you. In the name of the 8 Kings, I shall protect you" she reassured him. Jack seemed to have calmed down at this which gave Kyra a sigh of relief. As they kept walking, Kyra noticed some familiar figures, it was The Keeper of the Silent Breeze alongside the Deity of Lightning.

"Orias? What're you doing here along with Baxon?" Kyra spoke out, to which he only looked at her

"Oh Kyra! Nothing really, just running some errands for master Whyrott, as for Baxon, he's just tagging along" Baxon waved at the light avatar but was ignored by her which made him frown. She looked at the basket the avatar of wind was holding to which she asks

"Why would he need 6 Frost trunk root? Aren't those used as a cooling agent?" As she tilted her head. Orias only shrugged and said it was to test to make new medicine and as everyone knows, Whyrott is one of the leading alchemists in the kingdom. Suddenly, a loud sneeze was heard behind Kyra's cloak. Baxon looked over and saw a scared Jack hiding behind her sniffing his nose, probably due to the cold atmosphere the Frost trunk root had brought, which made him cock his eyebrow in question.

"Oh, d-don't mind him. H-He's a new servant I h-hired." She stuttered nervously, trying to hide the fact that he was actually a child she found on the streets, and is now taking him home. Baxon and Orias looked at each other and looked back at Kyra.

"Well, if you say so." He shrugged "Anyways, I better head back before Master Whyrott scolds me for wasting time" Orias said as he turned around after waving goodbye, Baxon however stayed behind with Kyra still looking at the boy. An idea popped into his mind as a devilish grin began to form on his face as he held out his hand towards Jack.

"Hello there, my name's Baxon Montbereau, pleasure to meet you" he introduced himself. Jack didn't know what to do as he looked at Kyra who gave her a soft smile, signalling for him to accept the handshake. As soon as Jack held out his hand and shook Baxon's, electricity suddenly began to flow through his hand and shocked Jack's entire body. As he let go, Jack was laying on the pavement, twitching in agony as his muscles have become paralyzed.

"Jack!" Kyra yelled, as her eyes widened at the scene that had unfolded before her. She had rushed and kneeled at Jack's body as she put her hands against his chest, using her element to heal him. As the boy's body began to stabilize itself, Kyra gave a sigh of relief. She glared at Baxon who was still laughing at his 'joke' that he had pulled off.

"The Hand Tazer trick" he said as he stopped laughing. "An old one, but a good one" as wiped away a tear from his eye. Kyra felt enraged at his actions. Baxon could sense the animosity that's built up within her as he stepped back.

"That was uncalled for Baxon!" She yelled at him. "You've just electrocuted a small child! He could've died!"

"But he didn't, so it's alright now darling" he said calmly. Kyra couldn't hold it in any longer, the way he has been acting in the past few months up until this day were inexcusable. The air became still as Kyra faced Baxon. Baxon quickly picked up the situation and got in a battle stance. Without a moment too soon, Kyra shot a beam of light towards Baxon, to which he dodged then proceeded to use his element and boosted his speed.

"What's happened to you?! Why are you being so hostile?!" Baxon boomed out as he dodged another light beam. He quickly jump boosted himself up using electricity and punched the air towards Kyra with his fist, shooting out a ball of electricity that was hurling towards her. At this, Kyra quickly brought up a barrier of light in time before the lightning sphere could hit her. The sphere was dissolved as electricity was discharged everywhere towards their surroundings. As the smoke cleared, Baxon took this opportunity and used his lightning step to appear before Kyra. Kyra was shocked (no pun intended) as Baxon had pulled her in towards him with a large sinister smile plastered onto his face.
