The Calm before the Storm

2 weeks later

Stiles POV

It had been two entire weeks and still not a word from Klaus. No phone calls, no threats, nothing. I had begun to think that maybe he had moved on and forgotten about this whole thing. Caroline however Caroline insisted that this was probably just another trick by Klaus to bring our guard down with a false sense of security and that she knew one other person that could tech me to control my sorcery. So here I am fighting Scott, Caroline, Tyler and Derek. Since that day in the forest my violet eyes and have been going in and out. I don't know what it is though its like sometimes i have total control and I could destroy someone with a flick of my finger but other times I struggle to even access certain powers. I was about to partially desiccate Caroline and Tyler when all of a sudden there was a ringing in my head it was like my brain was popping over and over again. Once it stopped I saw Derek or rather his wolf about to lunge at the source of my momentary sorcery but once i registered who it was i used my telekinesis to stop Derek mid air.

"Bonnie??!" I almost yelled being brought to tears of joy. She instantly ran over to me and engulfed me in a hug. Bonnie showing up was super special to me because we had stayed the closest since I moved away. "What are doing here?" i asked. "We'll Caroline called me and someone had to teach you how to use your witchcraft. sorry for the dramatic entrance though, I just had to make sure I caught your attention." "Wait that was you?' i almost yelled. "Oh my god Bonnie are you a spark too?" i asked but was replied to with a booming laugh. "Stiles i didn't even know a spark was a thing until 3 days ago, I'm a witch."

"i have so many que-" "Umm stiles before well have ample time to talk later but your boyfriend is still in the air pouting you should probably release him first." She was right so i raised my hand and released him. He shifted back as he landed which led me to believe he had been trying to shift the whole time he was under my "influence". There he stood naked and angry "Really Stiles?!! I had to be in the air that long?" I walked over and gave him a quick peck wrapping my arms around his neck, "Sorry" He kissed me deeply and smiled "You better be" In the middle of my trance like state i remember that Bonnie was still here.

"Oh shit Derek this is Bonnie and I would love to introduce you to her but first I need you to go get dressed so how about we all call it a day and head back home." i called out turning around. They all gave nods and headed towards their cars. I looked to Bonnie confused. "Hey do you wanna ride with me and Derek." "Stiles i drove myself how else do you think i got here?" "Well i don't know flying on a broom stick i guess." i said to which she replied with a laugh. "Well even if that was the case i don't think i'd be comfortable riding with a naked man that i just met kinda. I'll follow your truck back to your house then I can start teaching you.

20 minutes later

We were all sitting at the table having just eaten some Chinese take out thanks to Caroline and Tyler's compulsion abilities. I asked Deacon if i could do that but he said that my powers were limited to telekinesis not telepathy. Bonnie and Derek seemed to get along well. She was sharing all of the crazy things she had been through including the fact that the had the power of about a hundred dead witches coursing through her veins which i found cool yet creepy at the same time. At first i was gonna go straight to training with Bonnie, but she insisted that witchcraft takes a lot of energy and that shes rather me do it on a full stomach. I was honestly looking forward to it not because of the bad ass powers id learn to use but because I'd get to spend time with Bonnie. I just had to wait until tomorrow morning.

When we finished up i showed Bonnie the guest room and she put her stuff in there. I showered and climbed into bed with Derek there waiting for me. He spooned me and began to drift off to sleep. I wondered if something was wrong with him he had been so quiet today. But I didn't want to wake him so i let it go. My drift into the land of unconsciousness was a peaceful one unlike the dream that followed.

I stood up and looked around. the sky was pitch black and i was in the middle of a city. Judging from the various signs it was New Orleans. Everything was beautiful but then there was blood , a lot of blood. That's when i saw him. Klaus was standing no more than 30 feet away ripping into Derek's neck. He mouthed an 'i love you' before he dropped to the ground cold and lifeless. This made me scream in terror. As i looked into Klaus's eyes he smiled and so did I but only because i knew one thing and one thing only. I was about to kill him. My eyes were violet but something was wrong i felt nothing. It was like my emotions had been burned away and i only had one thing going in my head 'kill him'. I used my blood magic to desiccate him to the brink of death. Then using my telekinesis to enhance my strength, i ripped his heart from his chest and watched as he fell to the ground.

I thought it was over but when I turned around i was met with a hand around my heart. As i looked up i saw that it was indeed Klaus. " I-I killed you" i said as tears formed and blood pooled in my mouth. "Foolish boy you'll never be strong enough to kill me." He looked in the eye before he tore his hand from my chest. I looked to his blood covered hand and saw my heart. My eyes closed and I fell to the ground with a thud. Death consuming me as a single tear fell from my eye.
