Sam was in his apartment laying down on his bed. He felt horrible, his head and stomach hurt, and his vision kept going in and out of focus. He stood up once to go to the bathroom noticing his reflection in the mirror. His face was as pale as a ghost, and his hair fell in front of his eyes. And later Colby was supposed to be coming over to hang out. They were going to watch a movie in the movie theaters, and probably go out to dinner afterwards. Sam did not know how he was going to do it. He stumbled back to his bed thinking about what he was going to do, when the doorbell rang. He decided that he was just going to fake that he was okay. Sam quickly got dressed and walked over to the door and opened it.

"Hey bro!" Colby said walking in.

"Hey." Sam replied acting happy. He turned around a little too fast, so he grabbed onto the counter to balance himself and Colby noticed.

"Are you okay?" Colby asked concerned. Sam kept his face down so Colby would not see how pale he was.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" He tried.

"You have not looked up once since I came here." Colby replied. All of a sudden Sam felt nauseous he ran to the bathroom, and started throwing up almost immediately. Colby was right behind him. And Sam was gasping for air.

"Hey, hey, it's okay, it's okay." Colby soothed. "Breathe in and out Sam..." Colby tried. Sam followed his breathing until he could breathe good again. "Good." Colby said.

"I'm sorry, s-so sorry." Sam breathed.

"Why didn't you tell me you were sick?" Colby asked.

"I didn't want to ruin our night. This was the only time we could hang out this week." Sam sobbed.

"Hey, don't cry we can stay here and watch a movie on Netflix or something. I would rather stay here and have you feel better, than go out in public with you feeling like crap." Colby told him.

"Okay." Sam said looking up. Colby lead Sam out of the bathroom and into the living room. He grabbed a blanket for them to share and they sat down on the couch. They were scrolling through Netflix wondering what to watch when Colby noticed that Sam started to look even more paler.

" Hey, are you okay?" Colby asked even more worried.

"I-I don't feel so good." Sam said sitting up. Colby sat up as well wrapping an arm around Sam's shoulders. And that's when he felt Sam's body go limp.

"Sam, Sam, are you okay?. Wake up! Please wake up!" Colby said. He shook him but got no response. He checked Sam's pulse and it was there. Colby brought Sam to his bedroom and placed him down on the bed.

"Sam!, please come on, wake up!" Colby begged. Out of nowhere Sam jolted upright shaking.

"W-what happened?" Sam asked shaken up.

"You just passed out, I'm so glad you're awake!" Colby exclaimed. He noticed Sam shaking and pulled him close to him. " You scared me Sammy" Colby said.

"I'm sorry." Sam said.

"Don't be sorry, I'm just glad you are okay." Colby said while pulling away from the hug and brushing the hair out of Sam's eyes.

"I'm really tired." Sam yawned.

"So am I." Colby agreed.

"I'm so glad I have a best friend like you no one could ever replace you ever." Sam said.

"I feel the same way Sam. Let's gets some sleep. I'll stay with you tonight." Colby replied.

Sam snuggled into Colby's chest seeking comfort since Katrina was away filming for a new music video that she was releasing soon. Sam was starting to feel a little bit better knowing Colby was there. But before he drifted off to sleep all the way Colby said something to him.

"I love you so much." Colby said.

"I love you too. And thanks for helping me." Sam responded.

"No problem." Colby replied. And then they both fell asleep in each others arms.
