Selina runs into the building as she breathes heavily. She knew that she had to get to Bruce. She knew that he needed help. She made sure that Lee and Jim were ok and ran straight to the ACE Chemicals. She runs into the building and sees Bruce and Jeremiah fighting. She runs up the stairs before Jeremiah pulls out a gun and points it at Bruce.
"Well look if it isn't Selina Kyle. This seems very similar, doesn't it? It was only a few months ago that this was you i was pointing a gun at" he says and then laughs. "You know it is funny what love can do to people," he says. Selina looks at bruce and he looks at her. "Oh was i not supposed to tell him that. I suppose you have been too scared to tell him you scaredy-cat. Well anyways. Bruce anything you want to tell her before you die" Jeremiah says turning to him. "I love you... Marry me" he says. Selina's eyes go wide. "Kinda stupid to ask her that because you'll be dead but at least she knows that's what would have happened if this didn't happen," he says and after he finishes he shoots bruce. "Nooooo" she screams as she tackles Jeremiah. She grabs the gun and pulls the trigger and it shoots Jeremiah in the stomach. He looks up at her in shock. "Guess whos the scaredy-cat now," she says before she pushes him and he goes into the chemicals.
She pants and looks at the chemicals and sees that Jeremiah doesn't come back up. She looks over and bruce and sees blood coming out of him. "Bruce" she screams as she runs to him and puts her hand on his wound. "I love you," he says. "I know i know. It's going to be ok. We are going to get you to the hospital. You're going to get better and then we are going to get married. Leave Gotham. Bruce dont die we have so much ahead of us" she cries. "I'm going to take that as a yes," he says. She chuckles and nods. "Yes," she says as she goes and gives him a quick kiss. She breaks away and looks at him. "I love you," he says before he closes his eyes. Selina sees this and starts to shake him. "Bruce... Bruce... Bruce... no no no no no you stay with me. Stay with me. Dont leave me please" she sobs as she puts her head to his chest and cries. "Please come back" she cries.
Selina shoots up in bed and looks around at her surroundings. "Selina baby what wrong" she hears a voice say. She turns and looks at sees bruce beginning to sit up to look at her. She breathes out of relief and hugs him and starts to cry. "Hey shhh, it's ok. It's over now" he says as he strokes her hair and kisses her hair. "I can't stop thinking about it," she says. He nods and kisses her head. "It's ok I'm here now. They saved me. They got to me in time. I might have blacked out but I'm alive. I'm here baby" he says as he continues to stroke her hair. "And think..." he begins. He puts his finger underneath her chin and lifts it. "That soon we are going to have this little one," he says as he puts his hand on her small pregnant belly. She looks down and smiles. She traces her finger over his wedding ring and looks up and smiles. "Our baby," she says. "Our baby," he says and gives her a soft kiss.
