sam blinked in surprise. he watched a sleek black car swerve down the road, skidding against the pavement. the engine roared with life and it stopped by the curb. the passenger window rolled down, and your face peeked out.
bucky rolled his eyes, approaching the car with lazy strides. ❝you always gotta make an entrance, don't you?❞
❝it's what i do, buck. now get in.❞ you chuckled back, leaning against in the driver seat.
❝you're not that kid from baby driver, just so you know.❞ he retaliated before seating himself beside you.
you tsk'ed at him. sam got in the back seat, scootching until he was between you two. ❝so i'm assuming this is Y/N? the one you've been talking about?❞
❝yeah, and they're a pain in my ass.❞ bucky sighed heavily, staring out the passenger window with slight annoyance. you knew bucky was fond of you, so you didn't take it personally.
sam caught you readjusting your rear-view mirror, snickering quietly at bucky's jab.
you shot him a blatant wink before fixing it back to its original place. revving the engine once more, you peeled from the curb and to your next location.
