t'challa knew this wasn't like you in any sense. you were always kind and willing to forgive others that wronged you. but this behaviour...was downright torment.
you had confided in him that the winter soldier had killed your entire family, not noticing you, an infant at the time, and leaving you to practically die.
and when the accords arose, knowing that bucky barnes was included in it, you instantly jumped forward to sign them.
your heart sank when the news of t'challa's father passing, his blood in the winter soldiers hands. having enough, you set out to get revenge.
but, in the middle of your pursuit, t'challa tried to stop you.
you glared at him with anger beneath your eyes, and sorrow beneath his.
❝get out of my way.❞ you threatened.
t'challa shook his head.
❝this is not like you, Y/N. do not force me to stop you myself.❞
