*Keith's POV* 

I glared at Allura as she hung up her phone and sat down "he said he is coming here right away" she said "great he's coming here which means I have to deal with his worried ass" I grumbled. "who is Shiro and why is it a problem that he is coming" lance asked and I looked at him "Shiro is my overprotective brother that worries way too fucking much" I growled.

he does. it took a lot of convincing that I was gonna be fine going to a college that's not too far away from home. Its honestly just so annoying! and now that Allura called him and told him what happened, there is no doubt in my mind he is on his way here in a panicked frenzy. I grumbled and crossed my arms "he's your brother he was a right to worry about you" Hunk said "but you don't get it! he worries too much about me! it drives me crazy I can't do anything without him up my ass to make sure I'm ok!" I said.

just then the door opened and Shiro walked in "are you ok? are you hurt? what did the alpha do to you? did they hurt you?" he began spitballing questions at me " I'm fine Shiro..." I said and looked away "all they did was take my scent collar off..." 

Thankfully lance saved me by saying "I'm sorry to interrupt this but the police did say they wanted Keith to go to the station for some questions" Shiro straightened and looked Lance up and down "who are you. My brother never talked about you"  he said and sighed Shiro it's fine he's a new friend" I said and he looked over to me "how long have you known him" he said "a few weeks" I said "so you don't even know if he is trustworthy. he could be warming you up so he could strike at any moment" I growled but Allura stepped.

"I understand your concern Shiro but I actually used to go to high school with Lance and he lived next door to me so he is perfectly harmless and trustworthy. even though he can be a bit dim at some times" she said "hey I heard that!" Lance said and Shiro eased up a bit and said "I'll be taking Keith the Police station" "I want lance to come with me" this took everyone by surprise, even Lance. "I feel safe with lance right now and I want him to come to the police station with me simple as that" I said and stood.

after talking to the police Shiro dropped me and lance off at the dorm building and Lance walked me all the way back to my dorm. I went to open my door but I stopped and sighed "lance... I'm sorry for exploding on you this morning none of this would've happened if I didn't explode at you" I said and heard a sigh "it's not your fault Keith... I let my instincts get the better of me this morning."

That night I couldn't get much sleep because my mind kept going back to what happened today. I decided to grab my pillow and leave a note for Slav then go to lance's dorm. halfway there I realized I forgot my scent collar but i was not going all the way back for it so i kept going and eventually knocked on Lance's door. Lance opened it and said "keith what are you doing here?" "I couldn't sleep so do you mind if I sleep in here with you... It would make me feel better" I said and rubbed my arm  "Yeah my roommate is staying at at his friends house so you can sleep on his bed" he said and I blushed "I don't want to sleep in his bed.... I want to sleepin yours.... With you.." I mumbled and I watched him turn red in the face "o-oh s-sure that works too" he said and I went inside his dorm. His cat, Blue, meowed at me and sat on its cat tower.

I climbed In bed with him smiled and closed my eyes until lance talked "u-uh Keith... Do y-you have your scent collar?.... I can smell your heat"he struggles to say "no i forgot it In my room. If its a bother for you ill sleep in your roommates bed" i said and looked at him.... Damn he looks hot in the moon light. "No its fine" he said. I smiled and nestled close to him. I felt him put his arms around me and i just smiled and fell alseep
