Ahsoka and Malachor

Chapter 3

{A/N: I have decided to do this story in Ahsoka's perspective, I will state if the perspective changes, so I don't have to keep writing the same thing multiple times}

Ahsoka's POV:

I woke up at 7 am but I could hear noise from the others room, so I began to get ready for the day. At 7:45 I unsteadily stumbled over to Rex's quarters and knocked on the door because I needed help to change the dressings on some of my wounds. We spent the next half an hour chatting until Bail came and said breakfast was ready and Lux was waiting for us to join him.
With Rex supporting me, we all made our way down to the dining hall where Lux was sitting. During breakfast we got up to some idle chitchat.
"Ahsoka, I understand if you don't want to answer this but what happened to you?"
"Well Lux, me, Kannnan and Ezra were on a mission where we ran into Vader, in order for Kannan and Ezra to escape, I kept Vader occupied. The area we were duelling at collapsed. I had survived but was seriously injured, I managed to contact Rex via my comm and that's sort of it".

The others could see this was a sensitive topic for me - and probably would be for quite some time.
"Senator, if you don't mind me asking, why have you requested our presence on Onderon."
"Well Captain Syndulla, I have requested you help because my people are fed up and scared of the Empire as they have no way to defend themselves. If at all, possible I would like you and your crew to help train a group of 'Freedom Fighters' who wish to repel the Imperial presence"
"You mean like we did in the Clone War?"
"Yes, Captain Rex, that's correct"
"If you could give us a moment Senators, so we can discuss this, you'll have our answer shortly"

With that we all made our way to my quarters, as it was the closest to the dining hall. "What are we going to do?"
"Really it's up to you guys"
"I agree with Ahsoka"
"What do you mean by that Ahsoka?"
" With me being injured, I'll have to sit this out really and besides it's your mission, me and Rex will do as you say as it is the Ghost's mission"
"Ahsoka, Rex, your one of us and you are the ones who's had the most experience with training others to fight"
" Sabine's right you know"
"Guys we need to get back to topic; so are we going to help these 'Freedom Fighters' to not?"
"Easy way to do this: raise your hand if you want to train them"
"That's 5 for"
"Those against"
"That's 2 against. So by majority, we'll help train them to fight"

We all went back to the dining hall to give our answer to Lux and Bail.
"Senator we have decided to help train the 'Freedom Fighters'".
"Thank you Captain Syndulla. Now can I introduce you to the head of the 'Freedom Fighters'"

"Saw Gerrea, may I introduce to you the Ghost crew, Captain Hera Syndulla, Kannna Jarrus, Ezra Bridger, Sabine Wren, Zeb and I believe you already know the other two."
"Captain Rex, Commander Tano it's good to see you both again"
"Likewise Saw" I respond whilst Rex nods to the greeting.
"Come on you lot, follow me. I want to introduce you to some of other before we begin any training"

We make our way over to a speeder where we are then taken to a farm on the outskirts of the city. There's quite a collection of Fighters here, the homestead looks very well organised. We made our way to the back of the farm where all Fighters were gathered, and up to the front onto the stage like area. {{A/N: Croud dialogue will be in italics}}
" Everyone listen up, I have managed to get help off the Rebels. They have agreed to help train us so we can defend ourselves and our loved ones. I can assure you the methods they use in their training will work."
"May I introduce to you, Hera, Kannan,Ezra, Sabine, Zeb, Captain Rex and Commander Tano".
"Commander she doesn't even look old enough to have even fought in the Clone Wars"
"They don't know what they're doing, they're just kriffing kids"
"Pathetic
"You expect us to take orders from a group of teenagers especially aliens"
"QUIET" I bellowed. The look that the others gave me brought a smirk to my face.
"I understand your hesitation about trusting us, I get it but please don't hold our ages and species against us. Some of us have seen more than anyone our ages ever should. So until you know us personally, you cannot judge us because of our appearance".
At that point there was silence. The next thing I saw was darkness.
