HOW COULD YOU KEEP THIS FROM ME

     I sat on the couch for a while in shock staring at the wall blankly. I was farther! I had a kid! With Jamie!

   "Please say something?" Jamie pleaded.

   "What do you wasn't me to say? Logan....Logans my kid. How could you keep this from me?" I yelled

   " By the time I found out it was too late. I had already made my decision. You probably hated me"

   " Nothing should have kept you from telling me. I missed the first what 6 years of my sons life because of you!"

   "What was I supposed to do? Call you and be like: hey Zack sorry I hooked up with you and told you I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you and ditched you the next morning. By the way I'm pregnant with your kid!"

"I would have preferred that. Jamie I was willing to give up my dream for you. If I had known about our son do you think I would think twice about it. "

" Exactly! And what about all your success. You wouldn't have any of it"

"Yeah I'm successful. I love going to work every day but then I have to go home. And who do I come home to? Nothing! Do you know what I would have a wife? Kids? And now I'm finding out I could have had all that!"

"No! You know you would have resented me for it. Blamed me when you were suck working a job you hated. And you know what you could say what you want, but what happened was meant to happen. Face it. It was your destiny!"

"Open your eyes dammit! It was you! You were my destiny! You still are!" And I grabbed her and kissed her.

   It was probably the last thing she expected to happen. Hell it was the last thing I expected me to do but I never regretted it.
