Austin's POV

It surprises me that I punched Clint right on the face,never I in a million years picture myself as the defensive one nor the possesive one. Clint deserves that punch because he was being a prick. He was harassing Sophia,the look on her face when Clint was being aggressive was unbearable,her eyes seem to fade in shock her whole body stiffens,she seems so strong when I know she's about to cry any minute so thats when I stepped in.

No that wasn't the only reason.....

My instinct is always right but I do the opposite of what my instinct tells me or that's what I try to do.

"FUCK you!"Gareth screams at Clint who just fainted.

"Are you alright?" I faced Sophia in confidence,ignoring my busted knuckles.

She nods and look down. I wanted to hug her,she seems vulnerable right now.

I miss hugging her....
Damn did I just...?? Nevermind

"Come up with us" I ordered her.
"But my friends?" She said but it came out as a whisper.
"Let Alex and Gareth handle that for you" I glanced at the boys and they gave a small smile and walked away.

I walked up the long stairs and I glanced around my board shoulders to see if Sophia is tailing behind me or not but she stood there from where I left,not moving an inch. Is she shock or she's scared that I'd do something hurtful to her? Never.

"You coming?" I ask in confusion.
She nods and walked infront of me now leading the way even though I'm not sure why I'm checking her out but my eyes keep staring at her back and I'm guessing she notices that too. Her long brown hair is straight this evening but I liked it curly just like mine.She's getting uncomfortable because she's fidgeting with her fingers.

"You know you can quit staring?" She said sarcastically still walking ahead of me.
"Who said I was staring?" The lied came out of my mouth automatically.
She turns her head back and furrow her eyebrows at me while her hands are folded over her chest making her boobs look bigger.

Why boobs?...

"Manwhore" she commented at me,I smirked at her and contiuned walking through the long hall making our way to Gareth's bedroom.

I didn't mean to stare..

"Thats the room" I pointed out on the 2nd door on the left.
I came inside first and switched on the light and we walked around the massive bedroom. There's a couch in the middle of the room with a coffe table.
"Why are we here?" She asks breaking the silence.

"Maybe you can tell me about it" I pushed my hair back.
I'm nervous I don't know why,it should be her the one who's nervous why would I be nervous as well, I should man up. Whenever I'm nervous I push my hair back,thats my specialty.

"Why do you wanna know?" She asks from the other side of the room while I take a seat on the enormous couch.

"Sit down will ya" I laugh at her and she shoots me a deadly glare.
She made her way to the opposite side of me so we're face to face.

"Soo.." I trailed off waiting for her so she could tell me the story downstairs that happened minutes ago.

"He was being aggressive and he's pushy. So he said he needs me and he doesn't want Alice but I know for sure he'a drunk and it kinda scared me seeing him like this" she explains. She inhales and exhales deeply and I knew right from that moment she was about to cry.
"Shit dont cry" I panicked and hurried my way to her and gave her a hug and pulled her closely to my body. I never thought she would open up to me that fast,but she insist on telling me the story even though I've asked her once. Just once.
