Five Months Later...
The halls of High Charity echoed with the sounds of boots treading through them, yet one pair resigned louder than the rest.
Thel was making his way to the training ring, knowing that his Syrri was either training her newest addition of her fleet, or Zokan and Kota.
Thel had an entire day planed for her and himself, seeing today was the fifteenth of may, and she'd be leaving in a few days for their newest planet to take.
He wanted to spend the day with her, letting her live in his own world of small luxuries, and lavish styles, having one of a few gifts behind his back, under his cloak as he had entered one of the rings, and saw the six year old boys by themselves.
Curiosity had prickled him, and he had undone his cloak, and had set it to the side, keeping the small box concealed within, and had removed his helmet.
"What are you two doing?" He asked them, stepping over to them.
"Waiting... Syrri isn't finished with the Zealot team." Kota replied to him.
Thel had made a hum, but looked to the boys with a light smile.
"Perhaps you two would like to train with me."
Their eyes glittered with excitement at his words, looking at him eagerly.
The floor of the ring shook as the male had landed harshly, a groan resounding from him as his opponent had streaded around him.
"Well done." Syrri praised the standing male, earning a nod as he had helped his companion off the floor.
"You all equalize one another... You'll all be well equipped for Reach when we leave."
The males had looked at one another, pleased with their progress with their new commander.
These Elite's were specially colored in maroon and blue, personalized to Syrri's image, unlike the others.
These were Spartan Assassins.
And they had every intention of doing so.
"You may all leave, or you may continue training without me... We're not leaving quite yet."
She had exited the ring with the males, and had walked to where she had left Zokan and Kota, already knowing that they were bored to death.
Yet, the sounds of deep laughter from the room had swayed her assumption, as she looked quizzically inside, and surprise had taken her.
She watched as both boys were happily using a blend of Syrri's and Thel's teaching against the male, obviously knowing that Thel was allowing them to best him, boosting their confidence.
Syrri felt a warm sensation in her chest at the sight, smiling sweetly at them.
Thel had finally saw Syrri in the rare state of him being soft, and complacent that wasn't with her, or his mother.
"Syrri!" The two boys had left Thel on the floor, and had rushed to her, greeting her and telling her about what Thel had taught them in the short amount of time they spent with him.
Thel had attained the small box and his cloak as the two boys left, and Syrri had walked up to him with smirk.
"What?" He gave one back to her.
