The voice of sadness was present in the air. It was so loud that people had to close their ears.

People were crying. There was so much pain. They were mourning.

Tears leaked from Jungkook's eyes. He couldn't. He was in pain. He clutched his chest. How could this happen?

He was at the back row where he could cry in peace. Why? Why of all people did this have to happen to him.

The love of his life Taehyung.

Taehyung was dead.

It hurt so bad. So, so bad. Why not anybody else. When he finally learnt to love, his love was taken away from him.

He watched as Taehyung's brothers cried up front. As Jimin and Yoongi tried to comfort Hobi.

As Seokjin's boyfriend tried to comfort him.

His parents? No where in sight.

Flashback (Jungkook pov)

Where was Taehyung? He wasn't in school yet and the first period was already over.

I sighed. He must have been mad at me for kissing him but still he shouldn't miss classes because of that.

All of a sudden my phone rang.

"hello?"

"K-Kook?" It was Jimin.

"Jimin? Are you OK?"

"it's Tae, h-he's in the h-hospital." he said bursting into tears.

"wh-what hospital?! I'm on my way!"

"************." he said before hanging up.

I drove over the speed limit. I didn't care if the cops were on my tail. Tae was in the hospital.

I ran out of my car, slamming the door and rushing to the reception desk.

"K-Kim Taehyung?!"

The nurse licked her lips and I was getting pissed.

"Kim fucking Taehyung!" I yelled slamming my fists to the desk.

"r-room 149." she stuttered.

I ran searching for the room I saw Jimin, Yoongi and Hoseok walking around frantically.

"w-where's he?! Where's Taehyung?!"

"Jungkook calm down!"

"don't tell me to fucking calm down! What happened Yoongi?! You were with him when I left!"

"he had a panic attack! Now shut up because you're not the only one who is worried about him!"

"where's my baby?!"

I turned around and saw a man with broad shoulders.

"Ji-Jin hyung. He's in there. The doctors are attending to him." another man came and sat in the chair running his hand through his hair.

"what happened?" he asked.

"Namjoon hyung," Hoseok started, "he h-had a panic attack. I d-don't know what tri-triggered it."

"shit."

"family of Mr Kim?"

"we're here!" the man with broad shoulders said walking closer to the doctor.

The doctor had a grim expression on his face.

"he didn't make it. I'm sorry for your loss."

The man with broad shoulders fell to the floor, passing out instantly. Hoseok grabbed the doctor with his coat.

"how can you say such things easily?!"

Me? I was frozen. I think I still needed time to process the message.

Taehyung is dead?

It's unbelievable.

I weaved my way through everyone and walked into the room. There, I saw the love of my life on the bed, lifeless.

Then it hit me.

He was D-

I just couldn't say it.

"baby? Please open your eyes. You look cute when you sleep but I prefer looking at your eyes so please, open them. I wanna see your pretty eyes."

No response.

"Ok. Just one? One eye? Please?" I begged.

He was DEAD!

"baby! Please open your eyes!" I hugged his body. His dead body.

"please don't leave me! Don't! Please. I'm begging you! I never got the chance to tell you that I love you. Open your eyes."

He was really dead. He was taken away from me.
