The Match

This wasn't a random match
It was India vs Pakistan
Match with thousands of hopes
Match with full on pressure to win
But I was still sitting there all bored and clueless
I'd no idea that we were sitting in the VIP section, well this is the section where the family members and known ones of the cricketers sit.

Jessica:Sigme, are you praying that we win?
Me:Yess😪😪

Suddenly, a guy comes and sits besides me
Guy:Hi
Me:Hmm
Guy:Bored , are you?
Me: Totally
Guy:Don't like cricket?
Me: Absolutely
Guy:Then why you here
Me pointing at Jess: She took me along
Guy(laughing):Okay , I see. U guys besties?
Me:Any doubt

Whole crowd was like "oooooooh"
There was dismay in the air
Ishan Kishan made his way to the field
On his very first ball , he hit a sixer
Whole crowd cheered
Their hope lighted up once again
And they were cheering "India Indiaaaaa"

Meanwhile shubman gill was still playing, he was all sweaty the match grew intense and excitement and heartbeat increased with every bowl being bowled. Shubman hit a four fours in a row and the crowd cheered

Then it was a break.
Oh hell no, what's wrong with me? I mean all these 3 overs I've been watching the match with as much as enthusiasm and excitement as the cricket lovers have.

Meanwhile , Jessica went to grab some snacks and drinks for us and I was wondering about that rush of adrenaline inside me when Ishan hit a six and Shubman hit those 4s in a row.

This was something I'd never experienced. And then I realised something, the guy besides me. I noticed his face. He was handsome . I thought of me as a fool of not noticing him before.As soon as I looked at him again , he flashed a smile, a big dazzling smile.I was starstruck.

Guy:Hey, I gotta go! Gonna get my turn anytime , need to prep myself. Finally Ur enjoying now. Will see ya after the match.
Saying this he all of a sudden bent down and gave me an unexpected hug
And then he went away , waving me a bye bye and even winked at me.

Okay Jesscoooo was back with the snacks
I was enjoying every bite of my burger
It was yummmm 😋😋
Along with it I was sipping my cold coffee .

Meanwhile the match began again after that 20 mins break.

Shubman gill and Ishan Kishan were on the field.
Shubman gill scored 101 run , OMG
But ohh, he got out😐

The one who came next was None another than our captain Virat Kohli 😎.
But afsoos, he was out in only 3 balls .

And the announcement said that the next one to come up is Abhishek Sharma.
I was exicted to see the guy who's got such a long but impressive name.
Abhishek Sharma entered the field.
His walking style was like that of a stud
The announcer said that he's an all-rounder. OMG I looked at him and was 😍😍

Jessica: What now? Did you mess with him as well 😂
Me: No
Jessica:Then?
Me: Remember the handsome guy who just went away giving me a hug and dazzling smile and a wink??
