AND HE IS BACK

Okay, so the whole cricket team arrived at the hotel and me with Jesscoooo was standing at the door for their welcome.
All of them came in a line
Captain Kohli, KL Rahul, Ishan Kishan, Abhishek Sharma,Jasprit Bumrah, Shubman Gill,Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan,Akshar Patel,Shammi,Deepak chahar .....
Jessica was standing with mala in her hands and I was having Tilak and diya in a dish decorated with flowers. Afterall they are indian players so their welcome should be in a traditional Indian style.
Once Jesscoooo put that mala orways garland around their neck , I'd put a Tilak on their forehead. I did Tilak to everyone. When I Shubie came, he doged and went aside so I couldn't put a Tilak on his forehead. Abhi came and he winked at me. Ishu baby came and he hugged me. He was so happy to see me again after these many months, afterall we were friends.
They all went inside their respective rooms to freshen up. As it was their first day here, we'd invited them to visit the zoo in the evening. Jessica was explaining them about how we did their setup and how we clean their cages , how we trained them and stuff like that.
And all the cricketers went inside the cages of their favourite wild animals whom they really wanted to touch and click a picture with. There were our zookeepers with them who'd help them with the animals. I and Jesscoooo were randomly checking the cages.
Jessica: Hey, let's go to the tigers. What say?
Me: Hell yes 😀😀

So, we went inside the tiger's Cage.
Only Shubie was inside the cage with a zookeeper. Jesscoooo told the zookeeper to go outside.
Jessica: Hey Shubie, long time no see.
Can't believe it's been 7 months.
Shubman: You mean 8?
Jessica: Oh yes😅😅. So sorry.
Shubman: It's alright Jessica, I can understand . Actually I texted you on Instagram but you did not respond.
Jessica: Oh is that so? Actually we were so busy with the zoo work that we hardly used to sleep for 3-4 hours a day.
Shubman: Oh , that's alright. I can understand. But I must tell you that your work is appreciable. I mean this is the world's best zoo.
Jessica: Aah, thanks so much Shubie
Shubman: My pleasure
Me:Hey, how are you?
Shubie did not respond to me.
He ignored me on face.
And trust me I did not like it.
Oh common, I'm not a gold digger nor did I break his heart. It's just that it's in my nature that from the beginning I did not like the concept of love and marriage. It's hellish for me.
Meanwhile Shubman was talking to Jesscoooo and he didn't respond to me nor did he look at me even once.
Don't know why but I got so desperate to talk to him. And so, I'd to do something.
I pinged my vet and told her to call Jesscoooo to her office immediately and keep her there for a few minutes. And so Jesscoooo went away. Shubie was walking off to the door of the cage when I told my tiger to get over him and so my dear and obedient tiger got on him and started licking Shubie's face.
Shubman: Cutie, mere upar se utaro yaar. I've to go. Mai milta hu na tumse kal firse. Abhi bhai I'm tired toh jaane de muje.
I was watching the whole scenario. I noticed his body. He looked more muscular and looked like a gym instructor. But thought he was still the same in nature. I noticed the same innocence in his eyes. Same love, affection and warmth in his eyes.
Yes indeed, he was the same but the only thing that changed in those 8 months was that he was no more interested in me. Don't know why but his behaviour towards me affected me to a greater extent.
Me: I can help you. Mai isko tumhare upar se utar Sakti hu.
He still did not respond but somehow I could understand from his eyes that he wanted me to do so.
So I told my tiger to get off from Shubie and so did he.
Shubie without looking back at me, went out of the cage .

At night we'd invited them all to out house for dinner and chit chats. All of them were sitting in the hall and talking and discussing stuff . Meanwhile I was in the kitchen cooking kheer for everyone. I chose kheer as a dessert because 1) I was a pro in making it and 2) Somehow I came to know that Shubie loves kheer.

Abhi came to the kitchen to drink water. And then he was talking to me and his talks were crazy which made me laugh. Shubie saw it all from the hall. He was trying to resist me as much as he could but somehow he still had a soft corner for me which he still could not get over.
And so he too came to the kitchen.
Shubman: Bhai, tu yaha kitchen Mai kya kr Raha hai?
Abhi: Dikhta nahi, teri bhabhi ki help kr Raha hu
Shubman: Accha kaun bhabhi, ye....
Before he said a word more, I interrupted
Me: Exactly Abhi , Mai koi bhabhi nahi hu.😏😏
Abhi: Accha toh meri girlfriend hai bas
Me: Accha, since when??🤔🤔
Shubman: Dekh Liya bhai. Ab naa tu dukhi Matt ho, Mai tere liye ek acchi , sanskari ladki dhundh k Dunga.
Abhi: Bhai she's sanskari and acchi and I like her only, aur koi menu pasand hi nahi.
Shubman: Accha beta. Ayo tu ab mere paas , dekhta hu tuje toh Mai
Me: Hello, usko kyu leke jaa rahe ho?
Rohit called Abhi to the hall so he'd to go.
Meanwhile it was me and Shubie alone in the kitchen and so I thought that maybe this was the time to start a conversation with him.

Me: Umm, I'm done making it all. Mind you taste the kheer.
Shubman: Arre Ishu baby, idhar aayiye Zara aap
Ishu came to the kitchen
Ishan: Haan bol bhai, kya hai?
Shubman: Teri best friend Ko koi chaiye jo uski kheer taste kre.
Ishu baby tasted the kheer.
Ishan: Arre waah , mast hai.
Shubman: Muje toh lagta hai kheer bhi isiki tarah kadvi hogi😔😔
Ishan: Shubman, mind your language bhai. Bichari se aise kyu baat kr Raha hai tu?
Shubman left the kitchen...........

Then we all had dinner. In the end I went and took the kheer out of the fridge. When I was serving kheer to everyone, Shubman did not take the kheer .
Rohit: Bhai , itni mast kheer tu kaise miss kr Sakta hai Haan?
Shubman: Ro bhaiya, actually muje zyada sugar aur zyada meethi meethi baatein krne vaale log , ye dono hi nahi pasand.

Saying so, he left .....,.................
