4. I met him in the sea

~Johnny's P.O.V~

I was on a cruise looking out to the sea when i saw a head above the water.

why is someone swimming in the deep of the ocean? Who are they? Were they on the cruise?

Whoever they were, they saw me and looked scared for a second then they went underwater?? Why is a person going underwater?

The next thing i knew was that the person I was looking at was in the part of the ocean cruise that i was standing on, he was gazing up at me with a sparkle in his eyes.

"Hi!" He said gleefully to me, "H-hello? Why are you in the water? How are you not scared of the sharks?"

"Scared of the sharks?" Pfft! Hahaha! Youre funny, sharks are my freinds! They're not your freinds??"

"N-no- how are sharks your freinds??"

He looked shocked for a minute and then asked me "w-what are those?" He said pointing at my legs

"Legs? Dont you have them?" He shook his head

"I dont have legs... unless i was born with only one?? But no.. mama always calls my 'leg' a fin?"

I stood there confused for a minute then he leaped up onto the ledge i was standing on, I almot didnt notice he wasnt human

"Are these legs?" He said pointing to his fin.

"WAIT, OH MY GLORY YOU'RE A MERPERSON?" I was shocked, I just met this adorable merperson and i didnt even realize it.

He nodded his head "and you arent?"

"Im afraid not, im just human." I blushed as the cute merperson at my feet.

"Really?! Cool!" He said so excited.

I giggled "your adorable"

"No you are" he said winking at me and i blushed.

"So you can breathe on land without water?"

"Yeah, most humans are steriotypical with the half fish thing though so noone can belive it..."

"I do, after all youre only half fish"

"So can you teach me more about the humans?" He said smiling excitedly

"Sure!" i said picking him up bridal style and carrying him to my room in the cruise.(A/N: iys only him on the cruise so noone can see him carrying a mermaind unless the conductor and any other worker sees)

I explained to the cute merperson other parts of the body and i get to a specific part in time where, "these are your lips"

"You have them too"

I giggled and he leaned in a bit and so did I.. we got so close that both our lips were touching in a sweet kiss.

We pulled away and he smiled, "i knew what lips were, i just needed an excuse to kiss you." I giggled

"I dont mind that at all"

"My name's Ponyboy"

"Johnny, short for Johnathan. You can call me Johnnycakes"

"Or Johnnybabe~"

I giggled "sure Ponybear~"(A/N: yeah i use theese nicknames too much)

He giggled too.

"Hey uh Johnny.."

"Yea Pone?"

"I- i want to become a human... to be with you."

"But what about your family?"

"But id rather be with my world, i can inform my brothers id be turning human to live with my love.."

"How would you even turn human?"

"A spell."

I thought for a minute.. him losing his tail woukd be an awful thing...
"Maybe you can get a spell to trade your tail for legs when your on land and your legs to fin in water?"

"Only if you do the same, i dont want to explore the ocean without you because you dont have a tail. Plus you can become freinds with the sharks!"

I smiled at him, "ok Ponybear"

He smiled and blushed "i love ya"
"I love ya too."
