(Y/n)'s p.o.v

Once I finished my story I noticed Brad was crying "n-no!.... I just got some dust in my eyes! That's all" he starts to wipe the tears away. I felt something holding my, looking down I see Tuck hugging my legs "were you eavesdropping?" I ask him. He nods his head as he cries very loudly into my legs, rolling my eyes I just pick him up and set up on the bed. "You two are kinda similar-" "no we're not! We are unique snowflakes!...... hey quit it." We all start laughing and almost fall to the floor, but we sit back up and Brad raises an eyebrow at me.

"You said it take so long that you'd have to spend the night, it's only five o'clock!" Brad says and crosses his arms, Tuck looks at me and says "oh yeahhhh. What gives?!" I nervously laugh and say "I just said that because I didn't want to tell the story. You were bugging me so much about it, have you ever thought about my feelings??" Brad blushed at that. "Y-Yeah!" Tuck laughed at the way Brad is acting "you're getting owned by a girl!" Tuck actually fell to the floor this time. I roll my eyes and say "well, I might actually go back to my house, since I'm getting bored."

Before I could even move, a hand grabs my wrist, I turn around and see it's Brad "(Y/n), I already told my parents you're staying the night, you're staying. Wanna watch a movie-" a lot of noise starts to come from outside, we look out the window. Jenny just flew through a house on the other side of Brad's and she looks up at this weird person. "You won't win this Vexus and you know it!" Jenny yells at the person, Brad smiles big at this. "Cool!! Come one Tuck, we gotta help Jenny!" Brad says and jumps out the window, Tuck rolls his eyes.

"He could've just walked out the door" Tuck says and walks out, I follow being confused on the entire situation, but when we're outside, I get lifted into the air. I scream and look to see why I'm in the air, that weird person grabbed me and is holding my by my shirt. "Stop where you are, or I will drop her, I will do it!!" From the voice I can tell they're a girl, but I look down. The ground is too long of a distance for me to survive the fall, so I gasp and start shaking in her hold. "She's already terrified~ Maybe I can keep her as a pet!" Jenny goes back to the ground and puts her hands up.

"Vexus, I'm down on the ground, just put her down!" Jenny yells up to us "poor choice of words" the lady says and starts to slowly let go of me. "No!!" I yell and hang onto her hand, she struggles to stay in the air "let go of me, you little-" "great job (Y/n). I'm coming!" Jenny yells and flies up to us, grabbing me, so I climb around her and get onto her back. She nods and blasts a power beam at the girl she calls Vexus, she screams and says "I'll be back. The battle is over, but the war has just begun!" She opened a portal and jumps through it.

"Can I get back to the ground now??" I ask kinda scared, Jenny starts floating to the ground and says "sorry you got in the middle of that (Y/n). Is there anyway I can make it up to you?" I jump onto the ground and sigh "that was terrifying. I don't even know if I can relax right now, I'm just gonna go for a walk, think thing's over, then I'll talk to you." Jenny nods while looking down "I still have my clothes with me Brad, so I might come back. I don't know" I start walking away to nowhere in mind, but I end up at Mezmers, weird I know.

I walk in and sit down, just being bored, but a dude sits across from me at my booth "hey there cute thing, what're you doing all alone?" He asks me. 'He has to be talking about someone else... right?' I think and look behind me and back to him. "I meant you, what's your name?" He asks smirking, I look at him confused and say "it's (Y/n). I think you got the wrong girl, I'm not popular, so I get ignored on looks, you can talk with Brit or Tiff. They're more of your league-" "I want to talk to you (Y/n), I'm Don Prima, I'm sure you've heard of me."

A laugh escapes me as I say "I don't really know much of the popular kids, I only remember Brit and Tiff because they bullied me the entire fifth grade. Sorry I can't say that I know ya, but why are you here?" I ask at the end, there is no reason a popular boy needs to talk to me. "Well, I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date this Friday, I'd be buying you food here at Mezmers." I look at him skeptically "you're willingly asking me?" I ask to double check this isn't a prank. "Yes, now do you?" Don says and grabs one of my hands from across the table, I think about it.

'If I go on my very first date, I'll know how to surprise Sheldon..... also if I even want to get a date with Sheldon I have to go on one first. Other than that, Don is certainly not my type, but he is handsome, also there's free food involved.' "I'll go on that date with you-" "cool-" "but only because I want to see how it turns out, don't get all happy just yet. I literally just met you, so there might not be much for us to even discuss about, got that?" I interrupt him. He nods and we start to talk a little bit to prepare ourselves for the date later on during the week.
