Chapter 11: the truth hurts the most/ an old friend

Joe pov:

I rolled over to see Carnia asleep and I gently got out of bed. I know she is coming here , because she felt my light . I need to tell carina . but will she forgive me , I headed out to see Olivia just in case she comes looking for me and finds carina . When i got to Lem and Olivia appartment , i knock on the door .The door opens" i need yours and lems help" i said and Olivia lets me in " what's wrong " she asked

" someone is coming here and when she does she will kill me and Carina " i said " how can we help" she asked " we will need a place to hide if she comes " i said " okay " she said as she pours me and her some drink. I walked out of the appartment and i texted Manfred telling him i need to show him something and to meet me at my house .

someone pov:

I felt his light being used and i followed the pull . I need to find him and kill him for leaving . I was walking aside the road when this car stop and asked if i need a ride " can you take me to the town up ahead " i asked " sure , that is where I'm heading , i feel this pull " the guy said . Half way there the guy stopped the car and got out . " so you're a demon " i said as i got out of the car " how do you know that " he asked . I'm the person who wipe your people from the earth " i said as i killed him with my light . I walked the rest of the way to the town.

Carina pov :

I felt the sunlight on my skin and i rolled over to see Joe was gone. i sat up and snow jumped on the bed " you know where Joe is " i said and she barked and got off the bed . She sat at the door as i got ready.

I opened the door andd snow ran out , she stopped at Joe art room " Joe " i said as i opened the door " morning Carina " said Manfred as i walked in the room " hey Manfred where is Joe " i asked and then Joe walked in with 2 cups of coffee " morning Carina , when did you get up " said Joe as he sat down the cups " a few mins ago " i said " so Joe , what did you want to show me "  asked manfred " one min , Carina did you want anything to eat " asked Joe " i going to go to the cafe to eat " i said as i kissed him " okay , take snow with you and be cafe " he said " i will, love you " i said as i walked out of the room " love you too " said Joe. I headed to the cafe , as i walked in Creek walked up to me " hey , have you seen Manfred " she ask as she followed me to the midnight table " he is with Joe " i said and then i give Creek my order . When Creek came back with the order , i got a call from Joe" hey , get to Olivia's and Lem's Now and don't stop until you get there " he said and i got up quickly and i ran to Lem's . I knock on the door and Olivia open it " what is going on " i said as Olivia close the door quickly .  " get in the safe room with Joe " she said . When i got in the safe room i asked Joe " what the fuck is going on " . " I'll tell you later " he said and then his phone rang "hey Manfred is the coast clear " he asked . Before he hang up he told Manfred to get to Olivia as soon as he can ." Olivia it is safe , you can open the safe room door . I sat on the couch as we waited for the everyone to get Lem and Olivia place . Fiji walked in the same time as Bobo got here. She walked towards me and sat next by me " what is going on " Bobo asked " so , the lady is an old friend of mine and she is pissed at me . also she can't find out about Carina " Joe said as he stood behind the couch " why is she pissed at you " asked Fiji " I did something that angels were not suppose to do " Joe said. a few mins later Manfred walked in " sorry I'm late ,but i ran into your friend" he said " she read your mind " Joe asked " she did ,but my grandma was already in there " Manfred said. " wait angels can read minds " i said as i stood up " I never read your mind , i haven't used the mind reading in a while " Joe said as he huged me. " so how do we get rid of her " i asked " we can use that mirror portal and send her to hell " Manfred said " we'll try that , if not i'm got have to fight her . Everyone got ready to leave , Joe walked up to me " i want you to stay here " he said " i want to help " i said " i agree with Joe, you need to stay here " Lem said " fine "  i said as i sat back on the couch . I waited on the couch with snow until i heard soneone talking and yelling for Joe to come out . i stood up and walk towards the window .
