Chapter 3: uncle lem ?

Carina pov:

I looked back to see the house disappearing as we drove down the driveway, I turn back around and I asked Joe something " when do I get my wings " . " you will get them ,when the time is ready" he said. Snow came up in my lap and I lay the sit back and fell asleep.

Joe pov :

I been driving for five hours now and I look over and see carina sleeping peacefully . I stop by a gas station to put gas in the jeep and before I get out of the jeep, I tell snow to watch Carina . I grab some snacks and drinks for us . I get back to the jeep to see Carina awake and she tells me that she is going to the bathroom and takes snow with her . I finish filling the tank up and I see Carina coming back and we get back on the road. Carina falls back to sleep after eating and snow sits in between us begging for food.

We arrived in midnight and we parked in front of this store called "strong angel" . Joe got of the driver side and walked over to my side. "Hey , wake up we're here" he said as he went to the trunk to get my bags. I got out of the Jeep , I look around and something catches  my  eye. In front of this house was the same rv that was in my vision. I started walking towards the rv , when all sudden this car came into town really fast . I felt myself being pulled back and I was in joe arms . " you okay " he asked " yeah" I said . This woman gets out of the car " Olivia, watch where you're going " joe yelled at the woman " sorry , joe " she said as she walked in a store that is right beside us . " that was Olivia " he said as we walked into the  store. " I'm going to lay down , yelled for me if you need me " he said as he headed upstairs with the bag . I waited for a few minutes , me and snow headed outside to look around. We went to the store next door and when we got inside I accidentally walked into this guy " sorry " I said " it okay "he said as he turned around " you're new here , names bobo " he said as he held out his hand " carina and this is snow " I said as I pick up snow . " nice to meet the both of you " he said . The door open and Mila " hey girl" she said " hey, meet bobo" I said as I hugged her " hey bobo " she said as she shook his hand . We talked a while and then the door opens . Joe walks in " Carina , there you are " he said as he stood next to me and then bobo said " you taken her to see Lem yet " " we are heading there now " said joe as he lead me towards the door " bye bobo and Mila " I yelled before the door close. As we got near the café I told Joe I didn't feel well and he told that I was just hungry . When we got in the café Joe told a lady what we would be having and we headed to where the midnighters sit. I see the girl I met before Olivia and a guy " Amelia " said the guy as he got up "Lem, meet your niece Carina , Amelia daughter " said Joe " please to meet you Carina " Lem said as he held out his hand " nice to meet you too " I said as I shook his hand and when I did I felt myself fall . As I was falling I could see joe catch me and before my eyes close I hear joe saying my name .
