Y/N was reading a book that was given to her by her grandmother when she heard her name being called. Y/N put the book down carefully and walked towards her parents. Y/N looked behind her father and saw a small pale boy with short black hair. Y/N's mother then said "Y/N this is Alexis, he is your cousin and will be living with us from now on." Y/N bowed and said " nice to meet you Alexis" with a smile which made Alexis smile. Y/N then took Alexis to her room and they played and talked for hours. Y/N was very happy for the first time in years and knew she could trust Alexis. Alexis was only 7 but he understood what she was going through. As it turns out, his parents were the same, but his mother was nothing but a monster. She decided she could not take care of him anymore, and left him on Y/N's porch. Alexis asked for his father while tearing up every night but they couldn't bring his father to him. His father owned his own company, the Lui Corp but he never came home. When he did, it was for a few minutes before leaving. But Alexis knew Y/N would be there for him and he promised he would always help her, through the thick and thin. But would Y/N and Alexis have a normal life from then on out?
