Kim Taehyung's Point Of View

When I ran out of the studio twenty minutes later I couldn't find Yoongi anywhere, after breaking out of my small trance I had to organise and clean up everything as well as signing out.

I only had just started to realise how much of a burden I have been to Yoongi hyung, him being the only one who knows about everything and helping it stay that way. I didn't even begin to think of the effects it would have on his mental health. I was so selfish!

In a battle with my mind I forgot to notice my feet taking off and walking me to my favourite park, which would usually take 15 minutes by bus. This was a good thing I thought, better to continue going now and end up regretting it later when I am dead.

To be honest I don't know how much longer I can hold on. Everyday gets harder, harder for me to breathe and do basic human tasks. I am often either pacing around my room at 2am in the morning or sleeping in way too much and being late to schedules. With every step I feel my lungs tighten and during dance practice I have to use 5 times the energy and effort everyone else uses and even that wouldn't be enough or I would end up passing out but the members would think I had just fallen asleep. I am just so tired! Tired of trying to grasp onto the rest of my fastly fading life.

As I had turned another corner a sharp cool breeze of wind rushed past my face, slowing down only to ruffle my hair and caress my cheek, almost as if it knew I didn't have long left. When it got that bit more colder I wrapped my arms around my waist just a little tighter. Even though I was cold that didn't distract me from the beauty of this place. The bright green grass that covered the entirety of the park and a small little stream of water lined with small pebbles cutting the ground in half. A small swing set and a slide lay one side and on the other was a couple of picnic benches. The area was bordered with tall thick hedges that were spotted with pretty white heliotropes and the grass was also spotted with a variety of flowers as well.  Daffodils, daisies, freesia, multiple shades of hydrangeas, protea, sunflowers and gardenias were just some of the flowers that sprouted up from the soil of the ground.

As I breathed in fresh air I placed myself down on one of the swings and just swung back and forwards lightly. I haven't found this much peace for so long, considering how beautiful the place is you would think everyone would go here but it is actually quite hidden away from the world, the hedges help with that, there is a archway near one of the corners which is actually hidden behind a small forest of trees.

I had never told anyone I knew about this place, even if it was hard to go out in public in a group, this place was special to me and I knew that I shouldn't open it up to human cruelty. I actually had come across this park by accident, some amateur reporter was chasing me around the town because of some random rumor.

Some would say it may have been fate that I hid in these hedges that bordered the park because that very day 2 years ago I found this extremely adorable black kitten with sparkly blue eyes. I had played with it all day and gave it some of my meat from my sandwich. During that afternoon I went to the vet as I realised it didn't have a collar or sign of ownership so I thought it may have been a stray but it was too clean, too well-mannered and way too affectionate for it to have been one. Turns out it wasn't a stray and the little kitten belonged to a young mother and little girl who was around 7 years old.

I smiled at the memory, some things in life were just so precious, so beautiful. Life is so precious and so many people take that for granted, I knew I didn't want to die, just like almost everyone else on this planet. My mind briefly registered a couple of people walk into the park as I was lost in my own thoughts. They didn't disturb the peace that this park brought though, I think they knew what the park gave as well.
