Meanwhile, Lori, Dorothy, Scuttle, and Sebastian made it to a forest of rainbow palm trees.

"I think you can come out now, Sebastian," Lori smiled. "We're in a forest of palm trees." She took Sebastian out of her purse and put him down.

Suddenly, the trio saw a pile of seaweed moving.

"What's that?" Scuttle asked. "Is that seaweed alive?"

"Of course, Scuttle," Lori smiled. "Seaweed is a kind of plant."

Suddenly, a starfish came out, and she looked scared.

"It's okay," Lori said. "Don't be scared—we won't hurt you."

The starfish came over to Lori. "Hi, I'm Starr," she said.

"Good to meet you," Lori smiled. "I'm Lori, and this is Dorothy, Sebastian, and Scuttle."

"What's wrong?" Sebastian asked. "You look as though you'd seen a ghost."

"I've no courage," Starr sighed. "I'm nothing but a coward."

"That's too bad," Scuttle said. He turned to Lori and asked, "Don't you think the Wizard could help her, too?"

"I don't see why not," Lori smiled. She turned to Starr and asked, "How about you come with us? We're on our way to see the Wizard now to get Scuttle a brain and Sebastian a heart. I'm sure he can get you some courage."

"That's awfully nice of you," Starr smiled. "I just have to tell you how I feel."

"Wait, we need music," Scuttle declared.

"Say no more," Lori smiled. She took out her violin and started to play, and Starr sang.

STARR: Yeah, it's sad—believe me, missy

When you're born to be a sissy

Without the firm and verve

But I could show my prowess

And stop being such a mouse

If I only had the nerve

I'm afraid there's no denying

I wanna be tough as a lion

A fate I don't deserve

I'd be brave as a blizzard

SCUTTLE: I'd be clever as a gizzard

SEBASTIAN: I'd be gentle as a lizard

LORI: If the Wizard is a wizard who will serve

SCUTTLE: Then I'm sure to get a brain

SEBASTIAN: A heart

LORI: My home

STARR: The nerve

When Lori put her violin back, she skipped down the road with Dorothy, Starr, and Sebastian at her feet and Scuttle flying beside her, and they all sang their song.
