𝐃𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝𝐬 ☆ 𝑩𝑻𝑺 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔

THE VAMPIRIC INVASION

The vampiric invasion had begun a week ago.

A major portion of the population was wiped out.

Those that weren't wiped out were either homeless or infected.

The infected grew thirsty for human blood. Nobody knew what would happen if they were out on the streets, unable to defend themselves.

Nobody was safe.

My friend Jimin and I were outside, all alone. We walked through the pile of rubble and debris that was once our city. I made sure we carried wooden stakes everywhere we went to avoid being attacked by the infected.

"Why did this have to happen, Namjoon-hyung?" sobbed Jimin as tears streamed down his rosy cheeks.

"It's alright, Jimin-ah. Even though things haven't been going well since the invasion, everything's going to be fine eventually." I said, "Trust me."

He nodded as I pulled him close to me with my bulky arms.

Suddenly, I heard a hiss. I drew out my wooden stake.

"Namjoon-hyung, I'm scared." Jimin whimpered.

"I know, but trust me, I'm going to handle this. And it's time you learnt how to do it too," I said, tossing him a spare wooden stake, "And be careful while using this. You never know when your plans to use that weapon backfire."

Like a bolt out of the blue, a horde of vampires appeared before us, baring their fangs and hissing.

They ran towards me, but I managed to stab some of them in the chest with the wooden stake. Once I did so, they disintegrated into dust.

Suddenly, I heard a scream that made me jump. It was Jimin. He was surrounded by vampires on all sides.

I ran towards the vampires and killed them with my wooden stake.

A few of them saw what I was doing and immediately escaped from the spot.

"Are you alright, Jimin-ah?" I asked.

"Never been better," he panted, "I'm alright. They haven't even given me a small scratch."

"That's good," I said, examining his arms.

"Oh, but they did give me something a few days ago." said Jimin.

"What are you talking about?" I said, a bit worried.

"Oh, you couldn't figure that out, could you, hyung?" he whispered in my ear, then he sunk his teeth into my neck.
