Part 6 - Thief for the first time

We've been driving for 3 days. We changed a car. Every time we needed something he got it for us, by stealing. The more he stole the more interesting I found it. That's it, I wanted to try it.

"I want to steal too."

"You can't! You probably never even interacted with a gun."

"What makes you think I haven't?"

"You have?"

"My dad used to be a hunter. He teached me some things."

"Aren't you a city girl?"

"I live in the city, but actually I come from the country side."

He stopped the car by a field.

"Let's go!"

"Where are we going?"

"To see how you deal with a gun."

He opened the trunk and got out empty soda cans. We went in the field and now we were by a tree in the middle of the field.

"You will shoot the cans."

We spent 3 hours, there as he watched me hit every can.

After cleaning the mess and getting back in the car he said:

"Ehh.... I'll let you do it."

"Really?"

I was so exited. He smiled.

Next day

It was around 10 a.m. and we stopped at the gas station.

"Are you ready?"

"I was born ready."

He gave me the gun and I slowly got out of the car. I stopped by the door and looked down. That's it, no stopping now. This will be my future. Get over it.

And I went inside.

10 minutes later

I ran fast to car. Woojin fast started it and in a second we were already driving. I put on my seat belt.

"So how did it go?"

"Great!"

I showed him all the money.

"To be honest, I didn't believe you will be able to do it. Anyways I'm proud."

We both started to laugh. Then I started to count the money. When I was finished we stopped at another gas station.

"How about you go buy us something to celebrate?"

"Buy not steal? Wow..."

I got out and went in. I took some soda and food. I went to cash refister to pay. The lady looked at me weird. I finished paying and went out.

We stopped by a cliff it was already sunset.

"Let's enjoy the wiew."

So we got out and watched the sunset while drinking our soda.

"So from now on we both will steal?"

"I think, you should just mostly stay in the car. Cause someone once in a while has to go and buy something. I hope you're not mad?"

"No, I understand."

I laid my head on his shoulder and fell asleep.
