We walked towards the house and down the stairs. I could see Luke and Tiahn kissing and talking. Natalie and Ashley were nowhere to be found. Ew, gross. Katrina and that boy with black hair and brown eyes were still talking but occasionally kissing too. They looked cute together and I could tell Kat really liked him. 'Are they together? I'll ask her later...' I thought.

As we descended the stairs, I was nervous to see what was waiting for me. I knew Andy would look after me and wouldn't hurt me or anything but I was still nervous. Andy sensed my nervousness and reached out and clasped my hand. Jolts of electricity shot up my arm and I contemplated pulling back or not. We weren't together or anything so I was deciding if I should ignore the action of affection. He just did it to reassure me that it was okay. Right? I decided not to pull away because I liked Andy and I knew he liked me back. I secretly smiled because Andy had this effect on me. The effect he had on me was like a spell. I kind-of fantasized about being with him and I always thought about him. Yeah, don't think it's sad because you probably have crushes or band members that you fantasize over too. So don't judge!

We continued to walk down the stairs. Andy flipped on a light switch when we got to the bottom and we walked down a long, narrow hallway. I glanced back behind me, listening to the music and noisiness of all the teenagers upstairs at the party. I imagined all my friends having a great time and wished I could be spending time with them. Andy squeezes my hand and I am pulled from my thoughts. I see my friends all the time, I think I should stop worrying about hanging out with them and focus on Andy instead.

When we come to another room, Andy flipped another switch. Immediately, the dark room erupted into light and everything was clear. There was a stage to the left of the room and several instruments lying around. To say the room was big was an understatement. It was MASSIVE! It was like an underground concert stage but smaller. Well, only just.

"I want to show you some songs I've been working on." Andy said, looking back at me, amused to find my facial expression plastered with a look of awe. He laughs, a deep noise that echos off the walls of the stage room. He kept laughing but I continued to stare in astonishment at my surroundings. I mean, seriously, who has their own stage under their house? I didn't expect him to take me down here but where did I think he was taking me?

"You play? I mean obviously if you have a room like this but what instrument do you play?" I asked feeling stupid. I just asked him if he played when he obviously did. I blushed but Andy didn't seem to notice or he pretended not to.

"I sing and play the bass guitar. Oh and I'm in a band." Andy said smiling as my jaw dropped. He laughed again and I started laughing too. How could I not have known he was in a band? Everyone at school must have known that... except me.

"A band? Really? With who?" I asked, all my words running together. I was so nervous and on top of that embarrassed.

"Ashley, CC - Christian - Jinxx and Jake." I had heard of a few of the boys he said but I couldn't say I knew them well. I hadn't even seen Andy before this year so I wasn't suprised to not know some of the guys in Andy's band. His band. I still couldn't get over the fact he was in one.

"Do you want me to play you something?" He asked smiling, still amused with the shocked look on my face. I couldn't seem to shake it off, it was stuck on.

"Of course."
