Chapter 5

I'm currently in my car on my way to  pick up Avery at this work place that's she's  modelling at ,I can't help but think about the Charity Ball ,I have to tell Avery what happened, after all she is my personal designer .

When I arrive I see her standing infront of the building with a pissed look on her face ,well I'm not late so I wonder why she looks pissed . I honk the car ,and she  perks up her head as she storms towards the car and I unlock the door for her and she opens and gets in huffing loudly and closes the door ,staring up front .

Well hello to you too Bestie "I mock sarcastically.

I'm sorry I'm just supper pissed right now " she replies .

What happened? "I ask her

Isn't it those heifers ,I worked with in this job " she grumbles .

What did the models do this time ?"I ask as I look at her ,at the red stop light.

Do you remember Kaitlyn ?"she asks .

Kaitlyn Rivera ,from highschool? "I ask her ,she nods and I nod.

Yeah ,how could I forget the bitch ,what about her ?" I ask her ,she chuckles .

Well she was also modelling there today ,looking down at me like I'm shit under her shoe ,while I make more money than she'll ever make in a decade "she complains I chuckles.

Vivi you know Kaitlyn was always jealous of you right ?" I ask and  she furrows her eyebrows.

What are you talking about?"she asks confused ,God she's so dense.

Babe I'm a professional physiologist and I'm telling you she was always jealous of you  and she still is by the looks of it "I tell her turning the corner of the street I'm supposed to turn at .

Huh" she mumbles.

Why do you think she always picked on you in highschool, because she knew you wouldn't take shit ,you stood up to her and she was jealous of that because she was never able to defend herself when she used to get bullied in elementary school ,plus you were smart ,she was jealous calling you lame words that never got to you but still got under your skin ,now you're a fashion designer ,and a model she's just jealous she'll never have what you have so instead she picks on you to get your reaction, oh you also have 2 real best friends that would do anything for you while she does not even know the definition of friendship ,I honestly feel sorry for her ,she probably has so many issues"I tell her ,she starts laughing.

I never looked into it " she says and starts laughing, I join her .

Damm you're good aren't ya ?"she says I smirk.

Tell me something I don't know "I flip her off ,she hits my arm and I chuckle .

There's that bitch, out here looking like a whole meal " she points at Trey who's talking on the phone standing by the firm he owns ,with a bag on he's shoulder wearing a black 3 piece suit looking all edible,I honk and he looks up and hangs the phone up walking towards the car ,I unlock the doors and he climbs in the back .

Heyyyy hoes"he greets loosening he's tie.

Just as we were complimenting how finee you look ,you just had to ruin the mood didn't ya ?" I retort he instantly smiles.

Awww y'all think I look fiineee ?"he squeels ,Avery rolls her eyes .

We thought bitch ,past tense "she replies earning a gasp from Treyson and a laugh from me as I start driving.

During the drive ,Avery fills Trey in on what happened back at her work with Kaitlyn, and I just basically tell him what I told her ,he agrees whilst we carry on discussing about pointless shit ,like we always do .

Arriving at my apartment,we walk in and  ,go take showers after we agree to meet for dinner at the kitchen after .

Taking my warm shower ,I smile as the water cleanses my body, it was such a hot day today the white dress did help though, it was cooling I even found Mr Deluca checking me out  a bit when I was standing up from the desk ,I just acted oblivious, being in my lane of work you're taught to be very observant.

Anyways ,I step out the shower ,with a towel wrapped around my body ,I decide to wear  undergarments and no bra ,a cropeted pyjama top and shorts to go with ,I slip on my slides ,grabbing my phone the times 08:54 pm whoah its already late.

I walk down the hallway and I hear giggles ,Wtf !

I notice Avery and Trey are giggling at something that's on Trey's phone as I smell food in the air too.

Why the fuck are you guys giggling? "I chuckles ,they look up at me .

We're just stalking Lucas and he posted a video ,talking about how he's a free man " Avery giggles I roll my eyes .

Oh yeah ,he did tell me he was coming out today "I mummble.

Oh lord't I wonder who did he bribe " Treyson grumbles ,I forget he's a law binding citizen sometimes ,I mean I am too,Its just sometimes I tend to forget that he owns a Law firm .

That's what I thought"I tell him ,he huffs.

It doesn't matter ,damm now that he's out maybe I can finally get me a piece of that vanilla chocolate "Avery dreamily says and we share a laugh.

What's for dinner?" I ask

Ooou, Trey's cooking  lasagna "Avery  quips and I smile.

Mmmmm" I mummble dreamily .

Trey starts telling us about he's day ,and we listen ,after I tell them about how I met the other Deluca brothers including theee Ryan and how he basically asked me to be he's date and shit, they squeal.

What?!" They shout .

Yeah ,I had a hella crazy day ,but I doubt it'd be a date thou , I'll be mingling around my own people with y'all too ,plus you're having a speech moment there that day so  its nothing we'll just be arriving together is all."I tell them.

OMG, how did you get so lucky?"Trey asks and I chuckle.

Yeah ,first Lucas now he's twin brother ,what the actual fuck who else will you meet Bill Gates !"she exclaims and I laugh.

You're being  dramatic "I inform her

Okay maybe a little bit ,but still you're like a magnet these days " she states Trey laughs.

God you're dramatic Vivi"he says I nod and we burst out laughing at her ,she rolls her eyes.

So y'all are business partners now ?"Trey asks .

Yeah ,I was shocked to find out he actually owns a company ,and I really initially thought they're legit criminals"I
say.

Then he's definitely those smart ones ,having a company and all it shows that he's smart so that wherever he decides to ever leave the illegal business he'll have something to fall back on " He says I nod and my mouth firms an 'o'.

Dammm that's Smart "Avery mumbles and I nod ..

That's how we spent the night ,talking about the Charity ball ,Avery telling me how she'll do my dress ,and we talked about the club we're going to tomorrow and shit and more gossips about the plastics ,snobs,the delucas ,Kaitlyn, models ,we were just talked and talked and talked .
