"Mothers and fuckers of the BAU, I am exhausted," Grey's voice booms, as she makes her way through the bullpen. She and Reid had just gotten to the unit, and they had immediately spotted Morgan, JJ, and Garcia.

Derek gave a small wave, visibly drowsy. The coffee cup on the table further proved such.

Penelope gave a mildly enthusiastic gesture of greeting, while Jareau grinned slightly, then cut her gaze behind Anne, insinuating that she should turn.

Looking over her shoulder, Grey's eyes land on a thin woman with dark hair. "Oh, shit, hi. Didn't realize you were here," Anne laughs, turning her entire body towards Greenaway.

Reid continues towards the other team members, feeling significantly more comfortable speaking to them over the new hire.

"It's fine," Greenaway responds, beaming. "Thank you so much for calling this morning. I was starting to get a little worried that our meeting hadn't gone as well as I thought."

"Oh, totally. I'm sure we'll need the extra help on this one," she assures, glancing back at the team. "Do you mind if I introduce you to everyone?"

Elle's eyes seem to become enraptured with the idea. "Sounds great."

"Alright." Grey motions to her, turning back and approaching the set of desks where everyone was sitting. They quiet themselves upon noticing Anne's presence, waiting for her to say something. "Hey, I told you guys about the fact that Hotch wanted someone hired, but I still haven't introduced her, so, this is Agent Elle Greenaway. She's coming with us on this case as a consultant, but in a few weeks she's, hopefully, going to be an official agent at the BAU."

Smiling at Elle, she points at each team member, listing off, "Greenaway, this is our tech analyst, Penelope Garcia, Agent Derek Morgan, Dr. Spencer Reid, and I believe you've spoken with her before, but that's our communications liaison, Jennifer Jareau."

"They would normally have a bit more liveliness, but it seems we've all gotten spoiled to waking up at 6," she adds, laughing.

"You can call me JJ," says Jennifer, taking the opportunity to shake Greenaway's hand. The woman nods at her, taking a mental note of the nickname.

Garcia claims a greeting next, cajoling,"So nice to meet you!"

"You too," Elle responds. She then shakes hands with Reid and Morgan, neither of which give any more than a smile.

When Greenaway finishes saying hello to everyone, Anne explains, "We also have an Agent Jason Gideon around here somewhere, but you can meet him later." She then looks around, beginning to address everyone. "No round table today. Wheels up in thirty."

All of the agents give some sort of confirmation, then branch off into their own seperate discussions, mostly about the case ahead.

"So, what are you thinking?" Elle Greenaway asks, staring at Spencer Reid.

The clock was steadily approaching nine AM, and the team had been in Michigan for a little over an hour. Grey and Morgan were somewhere analyzing the call in which the bomb threat was placed, and Gideon was discussing media strategies with JJ.

Elle and Spencer had found themselves sitting in a vacant conference room, going through vague evidence and trying to think of anything remotely helpful.

"Specifically, or generally?" Reid questions back, not moving his fixated gaze from an almost blank whiteboard. The only things written on it were a few random words, like 'impotence?' and 'passion/hatred killings', courtesy of himself. He had been taking note of every potential thread he came across, though it wasn't going so well.
