Anne Grey slowly awakens, sighing as she began to rapidly blink. It was still fairly dark, due to the curtains that she had pulled across the large windows last night. She could still tell that the sun had risen, though, since small bits of light managed to get through the spaces of the fabric.

She groans under her breath, rolling onto her right side and straining her eyes in order to check the digital alarm clock on the nightstand. The time read 6:47.

Grey rolls onto her other side, looking at Spencer. He was lying on his back, his right arm bent, and resting above his head. His hair was messy, and his eyes were still shut. She smiles slightly, readjusting and setting her hand on his chest, curling up next to him and deciding to rest her eyes for a bit longer.

Reid seemed to have woken up, too, though. He wrapped his arm around her, tapping his fingers on her shoulder and sleepily greeting, "Morning."

"G'morning," Anne responded, adding, "I didn't know you were up."

He smiled a bit, but no one saw it, since neither of them bothered to open their eyes again. "What time is it?" he asks.

"Quarter to seven," she softly answers.

Spencer makes some sort of noise of acknowledgement. He then brings his free hand up to his head, running his fingers through his hair, massaging his scalp.

Although she didn't see him, Grey could hear him. "Headache?" she asks, knowing his cues pretty well.

"Yeah. I'm not sure what it is," he confirms, now rubbing his eyes.

Anne nods out of habit. "Probably just need some coffee."

Reid gives a small 'mhm' in light of the suggestion. He figured that he would get up and make coffee in a minute, but as of the moment, other than the headache, he was comfortable.

"What's the plan for the day, Spen?"

He exhales, clearing his throat and replying, "Well, it's our last day here. Anything we've missed?"

Grey clicks her gums against her teeth, rhythmically tapping her fingers on Spencer's chest. "I glanced over a couple brochures that they had in the lobby. We could go hiking at some canyon. I can't remember the name of it."

He easily thinks of it, although he hadn't even seen the brochure that she mentioned. He was from Nevada, and had an eidetic memory. It would be surprising if he didn't know. "Red rock? That's the closest one to here."

"Yeah, I think that was it." Her eyes slowly open as she asks, "Sound decent?"

Considering it, Reid returns, "How much hiking are we talking?" He wasn't one for physical exercise, and he made that quite clear. He still didn't think he would mind hiking, though.

"How does 'as much as you can handle without going into cardiac arrest' sound?"

He laughs slightly, setting his hand on top of Anne's. "Amazing," he sarcastically answers. Making his tone more genuine, he assures, "I think it could actually be fun."

"Great," she says, pausing for a second. "You packed something casual, right?"

Spencer nods a small amount, opening his eyes as well. "Yes, after you reminded me numerous times that this wasn't a business trip." He tilts his head to the right, making eye contact with the woman next to him.

Her lips separate as she smiles, gazing at him quite adoringly. "Did I say that?" she asks, giving him a brief peck on the lips.

The corner of his lip draws upwards as he brings his right hand to her chin. He sits up slightly, tilting up Grey's head and kissing her for a longer period of time. Eventually, he pulls away, assuring, "Yes, you did."
