Epilogue

The day I returned to the castle is unforgettable. I was yelled at for leaving, and enveloped in warm welcoming hugs from my sisters. Then I got into an argument about bringing a human into the sea. My father was upset and angry, but my sisters managed to convince him when I threatened to leave again.

Four years had passed since the day I left earth and returned home with Val. To say the young child grew into a gentlemen is an over exaggerating of what he has become. Val is quite popular with the mermaids, the girls are particularly throwing themselves at him, no to mention that trouble always follows the lad.  No matter, I am proud of him.

I never saw Hook again. I tried to contact him but thought better of it, keeping distances will lead to him forgetting me and I would be just another girl. Though fate always tends to change the perspective of someone, it changes the routes of life. And my route changed on the day I left the sea to visit my sister Ariel on shore.

Fate had Killian Jones meet me, once again.
