That evening Kiki had gone out to get some food. She had told Davis to stay at the warehouse and he did so. Silently looking around Davis soon gets bored and strolls back to his laptop to check on Ada. When he got there he found that Ada had finished checking her programing and then she had somehow hacked into Kiki's computer and Ada was going through everything.
"Ada!" Davis yells and looks at Ada on the screen as he sits down and puts the laptop onto his lap and tries to stop Ada, but before he can Ada stops what she's doing.
"I'm sorry Davis. I'm just doing some harmless research on this time." Ada says. "My current research has lead my to be... belivvvv." The horrid sound of a computer error fills the room and the computer shuts down. The battery died. Sighing softly Davis slowly jumping up onto his feet and closes the silent laptop. The was no sunlight being late in the evening so the laptop would have to charge tomorrow. Slowly peeking around the room Davis starts to walk towards the door. The old door lead into the large storage space in the warehouse. It was far from empty. It had seemed to have everything a tech nerd would ever want. The contents of the storage had everything from an old Mustang to what appeared to be a supercomputer of sorts there was also something underneath a humongous cloth, whatever it was it seemed to be incredibly dusty. Davis was about to walk over to examine the object underneath the cloth but a machine close by started up. The sound of an arcade machine from the 1990s fills the silent void of the room. He slowly looks over at the source of the noise. It was coming from a part of the storage room that had numerous of arcade machines from throughout the centuries. From some of the original arcade machines to one's Davis had never seen. Walking to the one that had turned on Davis finally recognizes the Tune. It was the Original Pac-Man theme. Kiki had apparently gotten back and seen Davis come into this room. Because when Davis got to the machine she was waiting there smiling devilishly.
"You play video games?" Kiki asks sounding cocky. Davis smiles matching Kiki's smile and he nods. The two go on to play, fighting at every machine to see who's the better gamer. Kiki had almost any arcade machine you could think of. They played for hours fiercely playing away. After what seemed like hours of playing they both finally get bored. They were evenly matched. "I'm bored, OOH I want to show you something I'm working on!" Kiki says excitedly and pulls Davis over to the large dusty cloth. Pulling it away the sheet releases it contents. A large Mech, it was half disassembled and parts of all kinds lie at its feet. "I've been working on this for a few months now! It has a couple different modes. A rider mode where a rider can get inside and control it. It also has an AI function where an AI can control it. When it's in it's AI mode it has two Bodies the AI can choose from. A smaller more Agile mode and this bigger and more Tanky one. The Smaller one is on the inside, but I can't access it without plugging an AI into the Mech. I just need a bunch of parts."
"Woah..." Davis says amazed. Staring up at it he is at a loss of words. "This is amazing Kiki..."
"I know, Now hold still." Kiki says calmly and Davis feels a needle pierce his skin on his neck. It must've been a drug of some kind because he was almost instantly knocked out. The next time he wakes up he's in a bed his left arm hurting slightly. Sitting up he sees Kiki. She smiles happily at Davis. "Hey your awake. Good. How are you feeling?" She asks.
"Uhg.. Good I guess... What happened?" He asks and looks at his left arm. There was now a small screen right below his wrist. "What's this?' He questions.
"A Pulse Device! I got one for you and put it in!" Kiki says happily and smiles brightly.

"Wait you cut my arm open?!" Davis knew they went into the arm under the skin from what Kiki said earlier. "Why did you do it?! Is there not some kind of official or doctor who does it?!"
"Well yes there is, but it costs WAY too much to have it implanted." She says swinging her feet. "You're okay now right? So that means I did a good job."
"U..Uhh.." Davis freezes and thinks for a moment then sighs. "Yeah I guess it's okay, but tell me before you do something like this next time okay?"
"OKAY!" she jumps down to the ground "Hungry? I made some food after I finished. It's cold now, but I can heat it up."
"Ugg no I hate food that has been heated up in a microwave. It's always so mushy and gross!"
"Microwave? Oh! Don't worry we've gotten past that. No more soggy food!" She says and walks out.
Davis sighs softly and a small smile slowly grows on his face "Heh... she's definitely a weird one..." Davis says. After a few seconds of silence Davis looks at his wrist and the device. There was no sign of stitches or any part of the skin that had been cut. Davis must've been knocked out for days or medical technology must be highly advanced here. Slowly standing up Davis felt weak and could barely stand. Sitting back down he huffs a bit and waits for Kiki to return. While he waits he starts to mess with the new device in his arm. It ,at first glance, looked to be extremely complicated, but after a few seconds he starts to learn. Although curious Davis tries to to activate anything, but he presses something and vanishes. Not traveling through time, as one would expect, but simply appearing in the small room Kiki called a kitchen. Instead of appearing on the ground he appears a few feet in the air. "Gah!" he yelps as he falls flat on his face. Kiki was in the kitchen so she hears this and turns around.
"I see you found the short range teleport feature" Kiki giggles and walks to Davis and helps him up.
"Thanks.." Davis says softly as Kiki helps him up and helps him to the kitchen table. Sitting down Davis looks at Kiki.
"Hold on. I'll go grab the food." she walks off and grabs a plate of food. About 10 minutes later and Davis had finally gotten his strength back. Kiki had gone off to work on the mech and Davis had gotten his laptop to turn back on. He was looking for any kind of plug so he could put Ada into the Pulse device. After hours of work Davis finally gets Ada into the Pulse Device. At the same time the sounds emanating from Kiki working on the mech had stopped. After putting

the laptop away he walked over to the mech. Kiki had fallen asleep working. Davis sighs softly before walking to her side, picking her up, then carrying her to her room and putting her on her bed then walking out. He slowly walked back to the mech before smiling and starting to work on it for her. Fixing a few things she made while fixing it. A few hours pass and Davis had at least gotten the mech to start to charge. Starting to get tired he yawns softly.
"You should get some sleep. Your tired." Ada says slightly concerned. "I'm fine ...I'm fine" he argues.
"Davis, go to bed." she says controllingly.
"Fine... fine..." Davis says and yawns again and heads to the room. Kiki was fast asleep when Davis came in then fell asleep. The next morning the sounds of work on the mech continued. Slowly sitting up he looks around. Kiki was still asleep, who was working on the mech? Slowly sitting up he walks out into the warehouse, the smaller mech that hid inside the suit was out and it was working on the suit. It turns to Davis and waves.
"Good morning Davis" the bot said. It sounded like Ada. "Ada?" Davis asked.
"Yes. While you were working last night I uploaded myself to this bot. It was still broken, but it has a self repair feature. Cool right?" Ada says happily and continues to work.
The mech was, for the most part, repaired. Ada had done a lot over the night period. She had fixed the advanced hydraulics. She finished wiring and making the wires hidden. She had somehow replaced the seat inside the suit along with the glass windshield like thing covering the cockpit. It even looked like the missing metal plates had been replaced. Ada was currently welding on a few more and sanding the bonds down so it's smooth and sleek. She had also somehow gotten ahold of a bunch of paint cans and spray cans. Kiki soon followed Davis out. .
"Holy crap!" Kiki, now a bright pink, yells seeing the repaired mech and almost seems to appear next to it instantly. She had no Pulse device, she was actually an extremely fast runner. The strange alien language that Kiki was using earlier she starts to use again. Ada then starts to talk the language too and Kiki and Ada start to have a conversation. Davis awkwardly walks over to the mech staring up at it.
"Geez Ada..." He says and looks at her.
"Go ahead and try it out Davis" Ada says and opens the cockpit for Davis. He smiles softly and climbs in. The mech cockpit closes and seems to automatically straps him in. The bot Ada was controlling goes to the back of the mech and climbs in and the mech starts up. "You

can start the mech without me, but let me start it this time." Ada says. The glass screen in front of Davis goes black then after a few seconds lights up showing the surroundings. The cockpit must've been one big screen because he could see all around like he wasn't even in the mech. Slowly moving his arms the mech does the same.
"Hm cool." Davis says and looks at the mech's arms and smiles happily.

Author note: Welp, that's all I've got for now with this story. If you've read all the way tho here, well thanks you. This is something I've more or less thrown together over my high school years. The story will continue, just not for now. I want to get some feedback and ideas. Davis, Ada, and Kiki will return!
