Angelene's eyes were overflowing with tears as she pressed herself closer to Ciel's chest- seemingly afraid that it was all just a dream.

But somehow she wished it was just a dream.

Ciel caressed the back of Angelene's head, wrapping his arms around her. Sebastian and Ashe remained engaged on their duel.

Remembering his place, Ciel removed himself from Angelene and glared at the queen's dying body, which lay unconscious.

"I-is sh-she-"

"She's still alive. But clearly, not for long."

Ciel took a step backwards, moving the shaking Angelene behind him.

Smirking, Ashe attacked Sebastian. Blow after blow with his precious sword, Sebastian dodged swiftly, making Ashe chop off the debris that fell from the tower, earning screams from the audiences down below.

"Stop, Sebastian! we've attracted attention! At this rate, the commotion will only get bigger. We're withdrawing!"

Sebastian dove down in-front of them, and turned to look at his master with a shocked expression. Before Ciel could say anything, Ashe followed.

"Victoria!" Ashe's eyes widened, seeing the queen's state. He dodged swiftly down, and swooped the dying queen into his arms, revealing the wings from his back. Ashe then planted a kiss on the forehead, causing her chest to slowly rise and fall simultaneously.

She was alive.

Ashe had the Queen in his arms as he glared at Sebastian, whom stood in-front of Ciel and Angelene protectively.

"Princess." At that, Angelene's stared at Ashe.

"Hear me when I say that you are very special. You're cleansed, and filled with purity. And yet-" walking closer, Ashe's face turned serious.

"-why do I hear the whispers of my souls complaining that you sold them to a filthy demon!?"

Ciel blinked, shaking his head disbelievingly as he snapped his head back to look at the girl behind him.

Was it possible for a demon to maintain two contracts?

Angelene clenched her fists as she forced herself to stop shaking.

The sound of Ashe's voice made something move within her. The souls inside of her were stirring, and doing something that made the mark on her waist bleed and ache.

"Wha-" Angelene dropped to her knees as she fought to regain her breathing. She felt thousands of hands clenching and squeezing her.

"Angelene!" Ciel rushed to Angelene's side, kneeling to hold her.

"You ruined everything! You are the host of pure souls! and I planted those beautiful seeds within you because you were pure!" Angela's voice was loud now, and Ashe's face distorted unpleasantly into an angry scowl.

Sebastian stood there, staring at the angel with a blank look. He didn't even bother looking behind to check on both Ciel and Angelene.

Ciel narrowed his eyes, "The Queen said that Europe was on the verge of change. That would mean she's planning to-"

"Ciel, there is no other beautiful way to cleanse filth than to burn it down." The Queen muttered, earning everyone's attention. Victoria snaked her arms around Ashe's neck as she adjusted herself higher to look at Ciel with a triumphant smirk.

Ashe chuckled, "The great fire in London will remain unabated and will take and cleanse impure souls!"

"Burning London down, and Ironically, unleashing Hell on earth." Sebastian spoke lowly. "You never cease to amuse me."
