(Jay was at the gym, lifting weights, getting his mind off the little boy he had to save at the beach earlier that day. It brought him back to when he was in the military and his life was dependent on saving the little kids that came onto his grounds)
(Jay laid the weights down to grab a drink from his water bottle. After he took the tiniest of sips of water and set his bottle down he walked back to the dumbbell and added more weight onto it. After a couple seconds into lifting, he felt a punch against his shoulder, breathing deep when he almost dropped the barbell on his foot)
J<"what the hell adam,(he set the dumbbell down and took a breather),trying to kill me, or have me break something"?
A<"oh relax,(he laughed),feel like I haven't seen you in a long time, my buddies got jacked"!
J<"been punishing myself at the gym"(he sighed, walking over to the bench and stretching)
A<"ah oh, Allie up your ass again?(he saw the hesitation in Jays eyes),what happened"?
J<"nothing man...lately she's just been a taking weird. Like all over me, doesn't give me my space no more, always expects me to go above and beyond and shit and...I don't know, with work and her work it's just so stressful and she doesn't understand it"!
A<"well have you talked to her about how you feel"?(he asked wrapped tape around his hand before putting a glove on)
J<"Adam trust me...I'm all about talking my feelings out, but it's like she thinks I'm gonna say something bad and she pushes it aside to say what she wants, such as food or sex"
A<"I don't know man...you got it tough. I can't really help you with this one, she a little ah, coocoo for coco puffs"(he laughed, watching jays mouth switch into a grin)
J<"how's you and heather"?(he stretched out his hamstring)
A<"you didn't hear? We broke up,(Jay looked at him in shock),yeah...found out she cheated on me with one of her roommates friends after they all went to a club and got drunk. She claimed that she didn't feel anything but after I let it slide I used her phone and she was sending him nudes and all that"
J<"damn man I'm sorry"(he patted his shoulder)
A<"it's whatever, I'm free. Now I can meet other people and see were my life takes me"
J<"dido too that"(he smiled, holding the punching bag for Adam so he can get his pre workout in)

(Kim walked around whole greens and searched for Erin's favorite juice. Getting frustrated that the stupid store didn't have any signs where anything was or where half of it belonged)
(She turned down into a different isle, almost crashing the cart only to step back into someone)
K<"ah-I'm sorry,(she turned around and rolled her eyes),what are you following me now"?
Gr<"how is Erin"?(he asked walking after her after she started to push the cart away fast)
K<"don't worry about her. You almost killed her and then walked away from it all like it didn't even matter"!
Gr<"I didn't walk away! I tried going to get but that asshole of a lifeguard pushed me away"(he scolded back, angry that Kim was blaming this all on him)
K<"you swam away, leaving her under the water, choking, not breathing just to what...get high on the blanket, yeah I don't think so. You know she can't swim for her life, so why on earth would you pick her up and throw her in"?
Gr<"okay, who are you to talk,(he pulled her arm away from the main area people were shopping in),I heard you yelling for her to come in the water as I was walking down"
