I'm getting ready for school as usual. I go downstairs about to call Anthony to tell him to hurry his little ass up but as soon as I'm about to call him I hear a knock on the door. My mom had already gone to work. She always works mornings on Monday's. I wasn't expecting anyone so I ask Anthony
Y/n: *yells* ANT ARE YOU EXPECTING ANYONE?
A: *yells back* NO WHY?
I didn't answer him I just opened the door. I see Jadan right in front of me standing there with that cute smile of his. I swear it's like that smile is contagious or something cause I started smiling like a maniac.
Y/n: Jadan what are you doing here?
J: well I was wondering if I could take to to school today. We could get Starbucks on the way
Y/n: that's a FAT bet just hold on.
Y/n: *yells* ANT DONT WORRY ABOUT TAKING ME TO SCHOOL TODAY I HAVE A RIDE AND IM LEAVING RIGHT NOW SO BYE ASSHOLE!
A: *yells back* OK BYE WHORE!
Y/n: ok let's go
J: was that your brother?
Y/n: yeah as you can tell we're supper nice to each other
J: yeah I can tell
Y/n: no but for real we're supper close we know more about each other then anyone else. Not even Riley knows as much stuff about me then ant.
J: really?
Y/n: yeah it's always been the two of us. We always look out for each other. Even though we have our mom and love her very much and she's also has been there for us but she's always busy with work trying to pay something off or just to make us happy
J: where's your dad?
Y/n: *tears up*uh well he passed due to his heart. I was about 13 and my brother was 15. He always had heart problems but we never knew it would get that bad. It hit me and my brother hard but it hit my mom the most. Ever since then she's been struggling. That's why it's always been me and my brother. Yes my mom is there for us and tries her best but she's always busy with work or something. Which I don't blame her cause she's just trying her best to make our lives good. So Ever since then me and my brother don't take anything for granted cause you never know it can be gone like that in a second. *says under breath* like Payton
J: what was that at the end?
Y/n: oh nothing
J: wow y/n I never knew you went through that. You give off such a happy vibe at school I never thought you would go through something like that.
Y/n: yeah but why be sad? Being sad isn't going to get you anywhere it's just going to make things worst. Why would I want to put other people down when I don't have to?
J: but y/n it's ok to cry and be sad every once in a while you don't have to put on a smile every second of the day.
Y/n: yeah but how would that help me?
J: it helps getting stuff off your chest. That's better then keeping it all in and just letting it pile and pile. Don't you feel any better talking about this right now then you did before keeping it all in?
Y/n: yeah I guess thanks Jadan that helped a lot I don't tell anyone this type of stuff I think the only people who know is my family of course Riley *whispers* and Payton.
J: who was that at the end?
Y/n: you! I said you. You and Riley are the only people who know
J: well then I feel honored to know and y/n If you ever need someone to talk to just know I'm always here to listen. I don't care how long you talk or how much you cry I'm here to listen.
Y/n: thanks Jadan
J: now promise me something
Y/n: what?
J: i want you to stop keeping stuff in all the time. I don't care what you say you are not keeping it in anymore it's not healthy. You need to talk about it to someone and I'm always here with an open ear. So promise. Promise me. *puts hand on y/n hand*
Y/n: ok Jadan I promise I won't keep things In anymore *hold Jadan hand*
I'm not going to lie everything felt so right. I don't know what about Jadan I felt safe with him like I can trust him with anything. I never ever told someone I've know for like 4 days about my personal life. But I just feel different with Jadan. What he told me really meant something to me and I'm glad I have him.
