Obliviated Love

Chapter 27-Argument

A week passed, and Draco was going to the library to study with Hermione, as planned. He was going alone, without harry because he's already asleep when Draco was finished showering. So he went to the library at 3.30 pm, as usual. At about 6 pm, Hermione and Draco decided that it's enough for today so they went back to their room. Before he went back to the room, he went to the kitchen to grab some snacks for him and Harry even though he's a tired from studying all day. He of course made sure to have some treacle tarts for Harry.

When he opened the bedroom door, he saw Harry on his own bed, doing homework. "Hello babe." he smiled at the raven, but he just stare at him and look back to his book. he didn't even smile, and Draco knew something's up. He put the snacks on his desk, then sat on harry's bed. "Harry? What's wrong?" he asked, but Harry ignored him. He lifted harry's chin so he's facing Draco, then asked again. "Harry love, what's wrong? Why are you ignoring me?" 

"Why don't you just ask Hermione what's wrong?" Harry answered then he shrugged Draco's hand off, leaving Draco shocked. "Hermione? What's this got to do anything with Hermione?" He asked, his eyebrows rose. "Leave me alone." Harry mumbled. Draco froze for a second then sighed as he ran his hand through his hair.

"Wait, are you mad that I'm with her all day? Are you jealous?"

"Who knows."

"Are you kidding me harry? I told you already, we were just studying. Nothing else. We're friends, Harry. Friends. All we did is study." Draco stand up and sighed heavily. His left arm is on his waist, while the other is in his pocket and his right leg is behind his left. He stare at Harry, trying his best not to get angry at him. 

"Could've at least wake me up before you leave. You left me alone for 2 hours." Harry muttered, his gaze still on the book.

"what, wake you up just to tell you I'll be at the library when you already know where i'm going? You were sleeping peacefully, how could I disturb you? And I didn't go to a party or whatsoever when I leave you alone. Besides, you don't even like going to the library. All you do is distract me. Don't you understand how important  this NEWTs is for me? We get it that you don't even need to pass the exam to get a job, but not all of us have that opportunity. Please, Harry stop being a child and understand me." Draco ran his right hand through his hair again, a posture he always did when he's frustrated. 

Harry finally look at Draco again and sat properly. "Me? A child? What about you then? You should know that I actually don't want to accept the job without having to pass the exam, because I do not enjoy the special treatment. Of all people, I thought you should know. And you know what? Maybe I'm wrong." Harry stood up and was about to leave the room but Draco quickly went back to his senses. before harry could open the door, he wrapped his arms around harry's waist from the back. "Go away, Malfoy." Harry said, but didn't make a move to escape from Draco. "No, Harry. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get mad at you. I- I was just too tired after the studying thing. Please, harry I'm really sorry. Don't leave me. I love you, don't leave me." Draco put his forehead on Harry's shoulder. 

Harry stay still for a while then sighed. He turned around then put his hands around Draco's neck. "I should be the one who's sorry. It's my fault. You're right, I was acting like a child. I was being unreasonable, I should know that you wouldn't cheat on me. I'm just scared that you'll leave me, like everyone else does. Every time i love someone, they'd leave me. I'm sorry, Draco." he pulled Draco closer.

"Harry..... I won't leave you, ever. And I'd never cheat on you too. i love you." Draco pulled away, but his arms still around Harry. 

"I love you too."

"So we're fine now?" Draco asked, making sure. "Yeah, we're fine." Harry smiled and pecked Draco on the lips. "I'm sorry." he said again. "It's all right baby. I brought you snacks, wanna eat?" Harry's eyes lit up and he grinned, making Draco chuckled. "I'll take that as a yes, come on."
