"When are you gonna get home?" "In a few minutes" he said. I could hear him speeding up the car. "Dad be care-"

CRASH

"Shit no. Dad? DAD! DAD!"

My eyes shot open. I was sweating so much. What even was that dream oh my god.

I checked the time. 3:45 am

I went to my parents room to check on them. They're still sleeping. It's just a nightmare Lorali..

After that nightmare, I tried to sleep again but unfortunately I can't.

After an hour of trying to sleep, I finally feel sleepy. Oh god I hope I won't wake up late.

*KRINGGG*

I picked up my phone from the night stand. It was Kairi calling me.

Me- hello?
Kai- Lorali where are you
Me- at home. Why?
Kai- do you have any idea what time it is right now?
Me- lemme check it's 7:20- WHAT THE FUCK 7:20?! WAIT I GOTTA GET READY.
Kai- *sighs*

I jumped out of bed, nearly fell down.
I ran to the bathroom, washed my face and brushed my teeth.

I just put on whatever I can reach from the closet.

It's a champion hoodie and a sweatpants. Not bad huh.

I put on the outfit as quickly as I can, nearly hitting my head on the wall and have a second concussion.

I grabbed my backpack and ran to the school.

I bust in the class as everyone looked at me. Damn the embarrassment..

Ms Gilbert: Lorali you're never late. What's you excuse?
Me- I'm sorry miss Gilbert I overslept.
Ms Gilbert: I want to give you detention but nevermind it's your first time.
Me- thank you.. thank you so much.
Ms Gilbert- we have a homework today. An assignment due to next Tuesday. I will be absent on Monday.
Me- okay..

The day was pretty boring. I hung out with Kairi and the boys plus Vic and Aliyah. Taylor couldn't come for some reason.

Unfortunately, I have to get home early since I have a lot of homework to do and I don't want to stay up doing homework on a weekend night.

*After 2 and a half hour*

I stretched my body then went on my phone. Vic said she wanted to come over. I said yes. The others can't come which is sad.

We just talked about our boyfriends and did those typical girl stuff.

We made a bunch of tiktoks too.

Vic ended up sleeping over at my house. We stayed up all night and watched Christmas movies.

At like 5am, we got sleepy and go to sleep. We ended up sleeping together on the bed after arguing who will sleep on the bed and who will sleep on the couch.

As I promised, I will be posting a bunch of chapters in a week. I wanted to finish this book fast then start with my new book. I hope you guys will enjoy it😁
