Chloe finally put her blow drier down and combed her long fingernails through her locks of blonde hair impatiently, wondering why in the world she had so much hair on her head when it would not lie down normally even when pin straight. Huffing, she brushed it out and threw it over one shoulder, giving up on attempting taming it. Chloe proceeded to slipping her towel off and then replaced it with one of Brian’s deep cut v-necks, which hit her right at the top of her stomach but she wasn’t sure whether she was happy with that because it made her breasts look like two random globes growing out of the center of her chest. Shrugging it off, she rummaged through her underwear drawer and found a nude colored thong before tugging it up her legs.

She eventually took both of her wet towels downstairs and blindly tossed them into the laundry room, telling herself that she would deal with that later. Chloe then skipped to the kitchen and poured herself a small glass of juice, which she drank down happily, feeling in a great mood that particular afternoon. When she placed the bottle back in the fridge, she heard Brian cursing loudly in his studio, which made her chuckle, because he had been practicing in there for almost three hours and it didn’t sound like he was doing too well. Her eyes landed upon a six pack of beer and she removed one bottle, undid the cap and decided to surprise Brian with a break. She tapped on his semi transparent door twice and heard him mumble something incomprehensible, so she went ahead and stepped in anyway.

“Hey Babe, I brought you a drink.” She smiled once she noticed his frustrated expression.

“Oh wow, you truly are an angel.” Brian gave her a crooked smile of appreciation and put his guitar aside. He took the ice cold bottle from her and drew a series of long gulps. As he did that, Chloe watched the drops glide down the glass and fall onto his bare chest. She smiled, feeling like she had done something right and stepped forward to examine what it what that he was doing. She noticed a few sheets of chords of notes or whatever it was scattered around the table. She snapped out of it when Brian put the bottle down loudly and motioned for her to come closer.

“What are you doing?” She asked quietly and allowed him to pull her down onto his lap. “Mhmm?” She hummed questioningly when he would no reply. “Brian?” She chuckled and pushed his hair further back.

“I’m working on some material for a new project I’m starting with my dad and this band also asked me to make an appearance in their debut so that’s what I’m up to.” He said brought the beer to his mouth again.

“My busy, busy man.” Grinning, Chloe shook her head and turned halfway around.

She saw his lips curve into a smile against the opening of the bottle. “Are you making fun of me?” He raised an eyebrow and wiped the corner of his mouth with his tattooed thumb.

“No, I actually meant it.” Chloe said sheepishly. “Brian, this chair is awfully small. We need to get you a proper office chair for this place.” She pouted and slid further up his legs to make herself comfortable.

“Yeah, I’ve been thinking about that lately too.” He agreed and laced his arms around Chloe’s stomach. He pulled her back to the point where her head rested in the crook of his neck and he pressed his cheek to the side of her head. “You know, I can pretty much see everything from up here.” Brian smirked and Chloe followed his lead and looked down her shirt. He was completely right. She laughed. “I like it when you wear my shirts…” He said in a muffled voice against her shoulder.

“It wasn’t intentional though. I guess it was clean so I took it.” Chloe replied and bit her lip while Brian’s lips gave her collar bone feathery strokes.
