"Dang it!" Chloe hit the brakes on the car urgently. "Brian, where are you getting your international license?" She craned her neck towards the rear-view mirror and steered the wheel rapidly to the left.

"It should come in the mail soon..." Brian replied nonchalantly.

Chloe cursed again while driving over a dense heap of snow, "Are you sure? You've been saying this for a week now. Did you actually take the test?" She looked at him briefly in the corner of her eye and began driving uphill nervously.

"Of course I did." Chloe could practically hear him rolling his eyes. "Maybe it's stuck in the mail or something...Got lost." He opened the glove compartment.

"Nothing gets lost in the mail here." Chloe informed him. "I'm seriously so over driving us around everywhere, especially during this weather and with these stupid snow tires. Great, look!" She complained and pointed to the tiny snowflakes that began heaping around the edges of the windowpane the higher the drove up the mountain. "I hate this car too." She muttered.

"I was just gonna ask you about that now-" Brian laughed cheerfully and pulled something out of the compartment. "Why is there a Lostprophets CD in here?" He smirked, flipping it over and taking a look at the track list on the old record.

"I don't know. It's Gunner's car now, there's probably a jumbo pack of condoms somewhere here too for sure." Chloe said. "Did you know he asked me out once?" She blurted out when Brian tossed the CD back in its place.

Brian shot her a puzzled look, his left brow arched in confusion. "Who? Gunner? He's your brother." He made a worried face.

"No! Watkins..." Chloe mumbled. "That monster." She shuddered visibly, recalling the graveness of his heinous crimes.

"What? You've never told me that before!" Brian actually turned in his seat to face her.

"It was before I even met you, Luna always dragged me along to all of the festivals..."

"Shit...I mean, did you go?" Brian drew so close to her face that it was actually interfering with her driving. "Did you?" He pushed. It was not, for some reason, that he was particularly disturbed by the idea of her possibly going out with Ian Watkins, it was more the fact that he had only heard of this now.

She shook her head. "No...No, I didn't." She replied truthfully. "I mean I would have, he was gorgeous, but there was something off about him. Never would have guessed what it actually was, now that I know, but something put me off. I'm glad it did." She bit the inside of her cheek and relaxed her firm grip of the steering wheel once she reached the trail leading to her family's cabin.

"Whoa..." Brian dropped back into his seat and tucked a stray hair into his beanie. "Close call..." He tried making a joke of it.

"You don't say..." Chloe smiled crookedly. "I'm pretty sure Luna has slept with him though. I don't know, she might not have and I'm just being a horrible sister but I always suspected. We never talk about it so please pretend like you've never heard me say this."

"Jesus Christ." Brian called out in disgust. "Is there a rocker your sister has not fucked?"

"You, I hope." Chloe chuckled nervously and gave him a glance.

"Oh, you can count on it." Brian assured her loudly. "Fuck...That's dark!" He mumbled to himself.

Chloe rolled her eyes, regretting ever saying anything. "Babe, forget it. You can't be weird tonight. Luna's going to be here. " She reached out to squeeze his arm. "Don't be weird."
