Dear Journal
It's the second day of my suspension and my life living in my room. And I'm starving. Yesterday I didn't eat anything and I don't think HE will let me eat anything either. But Mom is home so he can't do anything about it, right? At least if he doesn't want a divorce. But I do, I want Mom to divorce him so bad so we don't have to hurt every single day. Chris has been staying in my room too and yesterday I slept through most of the day. I think it was because I was malnourished so I didn't have any energy or something. So I'm gonna fix that soon, and also grab some clothes for Chris from his room as well! Also a checkup on my wounds and head...I think it's scarred. The cuts I mean! My headache has gotten better though. Now journal if you excuse me, I'm gonna go get something to eat!
~Sincerely Alice~
I put my pen in my journal and tucked it under my bed, hidden. I sighed and my stomach growled.
"What was that?" said a voice. I jumped and turned to where the sound was coming from. Chris was sitting up and looking at me confused. My heart slowed as I let go of the breath I didn't realize I was holding. I smiled at him.
"It's nothing," I sighed, "do you wanna get something to eat?" Once I put that idea on the table, stars lit up in Chris's eyes, that made me laugh. I grabbed his hand, it was warm and smooth. And led him to the door and downstairs. The house was quiet and we made sure not to make a sound. Once we finally reached the kitchen, I walked over to the cabinet and then to the fridge. Once I was done, I had made two bowls of cereal. I carefully walked over to the table and placed down the bowls of cereal. One in front of Chris and the other in front of a chair that I sat myself in.
"Thanks Alice!" He said with a bright smile before eating his cereal. I smiled and started to eat my cereal. It tasted sweet and stopped the pain in my stomach.
Once I finished my bowl, I stood up and put the bowl in the sink and searched the cabinet for something to eat for the rest of the week. While I was doing so, Chris had put his bowl in the sink as well. Then he walked over to me, and stared.
"What are you doing?" He asked, I sighed.
"Stocking up," I said looking over, " for the rest of the week" Chris nodded at this and then went to the sink and started to wash the new dishes in the sink.
After a minute or so after we stocked up and washed the dishes, we were on our way upstairs. We had to be careful not to wake anyone up because if we did we would be beat by 'Dad'. Once we reached my room. I hid my stash of food in my closet. Inside we're multiple hoodies and jeans. I turned around to face Chris, but he was fishing for something from under my bed. I panicked, knowing what he was after. I jumped him causing him to go 'EEP!' I covered his mouth before he could do more.
"Don't go snooping," I mumbled ,"it's Rood" He nodded quickly and I got off of him. Once I did he rolled up into a ball. A dagger of guilt struck my heart.
"I'm sorry!" I exclaimed, guilt overwhelming me," I didn't mean to hurt you,"Chris wiped his wet eyes. Then they met mine.
"It's ok, I know you'd never mean to hurt me!" He exclaimed,"I shouldn't have gone snooping anyways.." he rubbed the back of his neck at this. He seemed embarrassed, I sighed. My lips curled into a smile as I leaned forward and gave him a gentle hug. It took Chris a moment to realize what was happening before he hugged back.~| So that's it for Chapter 7 Sincerely AntagonistSenpai~ p.s MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
