chapter 5: Legiondere DORK Master

Lilly woke up with the morning sun glaring in her eye through the window. She sat up as she stretched out on the mattress. She looked around and saw black and blue feathers lying around her on the mattress. 

Her back ached from being hugged so tightly and being laid on all night. If she knew that Eagleator had to have a "teddy bear" she wouldn't have asked for an extra pillow. Last time I asked for a pillow from a bird tile. She thought. 

She sat up and tried to pull out the black and blue feathers out of her purple, ragged hair. It was hard because her wrist was still tied. Her hair was tangled up with tons of feathers so it was impossible for her to run her hands through her hair. 

She was a feathery mess. "How many feathers are there!?!?" She yelled in frustration as she shook her hair. Tiny little feathers flew around everywhere. There was still a lot of them in her hair. 

While she was shaking her hands on in her hair, the ductape broke. "Hah! Score!" Then she untied her feet. She gave up on her hair and decided to go find Eagleator. 

As she climbed down the latter, she realized why Eagleator didn't put her in a cage, at night he probably pulled the latter out so she couldn't get down from the tree. Even if she did come down, she was still Acers of forests from home and could never go back on her own.

Meanwhile Eagleator was busy training, trying to get his mind off of last night. He wasn't too worried about the nightmare he had. He had nightmares every night so he didn't think much about that, but about Lilly. 

He didn't know what she did last night, but when he woke up he was holding on to her like he did with his pillows. He Hoped that she didn't remember about last night. If she asks, he'll just say that once he woke up he put her on the mattress or something.

 When he turned around, he saw Lilly standing there with her arms crossed. "Morning" Eagleator said. He notice that her hair had blue and black feathers in it. 

"Well it's obvious that your hair is not really having a good morning." He teased her then continued doing what he was doing. "You know if you needed to keep that pillow for a teddy bear, you could of just said no when I asked for it and not pretend to have nothing wrong happen."

Lilly said as she walked in front of him. "I don't know what you mean" Eagleator said as he tried to have a poker face. 

"I'm perfectly fine and happy with my life and I don't have a crazy past where I went through some crap. Nope! I'm perfectly fine." Sweat ran down Eagleator's face. 

Lilly looked at him, seeing that he was clearly hiding something. "I know what happen last night." She said. Eagleator turned pale. What did I do last night? He thought. 

"What do you mean?" He asked nervously. How is she doing that? He thought to himself. If it was with any one else, he would be aggresive and all defensive. 

But with her, she made him feel like all of his flaws that were hidden deep down inside, were now oozing out of him. "I know that you had a nightmare last night." 

She put her hand on his hand. "When I tried to calm you down, you grabbed on to me and you didn't let go." She said as looked him in the eyes. There was something about her that told Eagleator that she wasn't your damsel in distress kind of girl. 

Something about her made him have a feeling that he didn't like at all. "You were saying something about giving you another chance and said something about not leaving you."

She told him. He knew that it had to be his nightmare last night that caused all of this. Just for Lilly bringing up the nightmare made him mad. "You know what! Just go away!" He said as he pointed away from him. 

"What? Why?" Lilly tried to ask. "Go! I don't need to talk about my feelings to some little girl." Lilly glared at him. "Fine then, I'll go!" She yelled. 

"Good!" Eagleator said as Lilly walked away. There's one thing you should know about Lilly, she sometimes has a huge imagination. Sometimes her imagination can be real to her. 

"I'm not a little girl, I'm 19." Lilly said to herself. "Who does he think he is? Calling me a little girl. I'll show him who I am." She went over to a tree then kicked it. 

In reality, she didn't even make a scratch, but in her mind, she kicked it to the sun, literally. "HIIIYAAH!!" she yelled. 

"I am the Legendary kick box Master. Fear me." She then did some summersalts in till she hit a tree. "What's this? A foe?" She said as she got into fighting position. 

"Well, prepare to yell timber cause you're going down." She then karate chopped one of the tree's branches. 

The branch flew back and hit her in the face. Lilly was stunned for a little bit but she quickly shook her head. 

"I see you Mastered the way of the snapping branch." She said to the tree. "Well Watch me tumble!" She did a few more summersalts and cartwheels. Then an imaginary version of her brother, dino dude, came upto her.

 "Lilly, Eagleator has an army!" Lilly looked up to the sky and saw an imaginary army of bird tiles in the sky coming after her. "Pah, I'll make an army out of that army! It is there destiny."

 She then did that weird dragon ball z move where the big glowing orb is in her hands and she throws it at the army. "HIIIYAAH!" she yelled. After she did that, her whole world turned all happy and sunshine.

"Lilly is the greatest hero of them all, yall!" Imaginary dino dude said. "Lilly! Dino! Go!" The siblings said in unison. "Let's go home!" Lilly yelled as she started to run down the path. "Home is that way?"

Imaginary dino dude said. Lilly's face turned bright red. "I knew that." Then she did a few more summersalte and cartwheels until she fell on her face. She the heard someone burst into laughterbehind her. 

She looked around and saw Eagleator laughing his butt off. "You are such a dork." Lilly glared at him. "I was just having fun, that's all." She said. Eagleator continued laughing at her.

 "What did you call yourself, legendary DORK Master?!" This just made him laugh harder. Lilly glared at him. "You are so weird and stupid." Eagleator told her. 

"Says the guy who kidnaps people and make them into his slave." She shouted back. Eagleator stopped laughing. She did have a point there, he was weird by kidnapping her and forcing her to be his slave. 

Well, a lot more than just weird: crazy, evil, and dangerous would describe him a lot better. Eagleator helped Lilly up and dusted her of. 

"Ok fine, I am weird too, but you're weird in a childish way. I'm weird in a more adult way." He the pick her up bridle style and carried her to the treehouse. 

"I mean, don't get me wrong, weird is a little fun but you're just weird. Unlike me-" Eagleator stopped and noticed the way he was carrying Lilly. There was an awkward silence between them. "Uhhhhh..." Eagleator tried to find the right words to say. 

He then put her down and took three big steps back. Then everything just got ten times more awkward between them. Lilly then broke the silence.

 "Want some breakfast?" She asked. "Yeah sure, I know a really good place in the village." Eagleator said as the two of them started to walk towards the village.
