-How are you feeling today Miss Maclay? - Kylus walked into the infirmary room, carrying a load-full of stuff.

-Great! - Chirped Stacie from her bed. - Did you get everything I asked for?

-I sure did. But are you sure about this? Returning to work while you are still in recovery?

-Yes! - She grunted. - I've been stuck here for ages with nothing to do but to read and watch Janice's most boring collection of movies. It's getting old now.

-It has only been two days since your injury. - Kylus corrected her placing their research project on the small table next to her bed. - You should be taking it easy. It's going to take more than that for your body to replace all those blood cells.

-Have you been hanging out with Janice, lately? - Stacie gave him a suspicious look. - Last time I checked, you were an engineer, not a doctor. - She laughed. - And besides, why does everyone seem to think that acute boredom is the quickest way to recovery? It's KILLING ME! I need to do something while I'm stuck in here, so I might as well.

-Alright, If you're sure about this. - Replied Kylus with a laugh. - I just don't want to burden you.

-Trust me, you don't. Now let's get to it. Professor Torrent won't be back until way later, so we won't get in trouble.

-You do realize he will know who completed this task, anyway. - Kylus raised one eyebrow at her.

-Don't worry, I'll take all the heat from him onto myself.

-That's exactly what I'm worried about. - Laughed Kylus.

Ever since the attack on Navoy planet, it has been a hectic a couple of days for everyone. Especially for Ivar, who had to take a team of people to the Island to secure the vault and to expedite the remaining deliveries. After entrusting the rest of the task to his team, he returned to the Atlantis to get himself ready for Aries's arrival.

After a nice, long, hot bath, some nourishment and a change of clothes, Ivar glanced at a small gadget he just put on his wrist. There were still a few hours before Aries's arrival. "I probably should tidy up my quarters." Though Ivar, as he scanned the mess that has accumulated, over those few days, when he was busy. He straightened his bed and started collecting scattered around the room, clothing. "Oh... I completely forgot about this..." He pulled out a small container from under the counter in the bathroom, which concealed his stained with Stacie's blood, clothes. Suddenly he remembered their strange conversation in the middle of the night in the infirmary. "I probably should go and ask her more about it, before Aries comes. And... See how she's doing..." He decided. "And, sent this home to get cleaned." He placed the container in a more visible spot, then left the room.

With quick strides of his long legs, Ivar reached the infirmary room in no time. He came up to the door and suddenly halted. "Oh... She's got a company..." He realized as the sound of lively chatter accompanied by her giggles reached him from within. "Well, it sound's like she's doing much better. What a relief." He stood there, just listening in for a bit, glad to hear the cheerful sound of her voice again. Suddenly his mouth curved into a frown as he recognized her visitor's presence. Stacie and Kylus were so immersed in the research which he and professor Torrent were supposed to work on, they haven't noticed that half a day already passed. Suddenly, a sound of the door opening interrupted their concentration with a startle, and they turn to face Ivar, who just barged in.

-Lord Ivar... - Uttered Kylus, staring at him in surprise.

-What is all this? - Said Ivar, scanning scattered paperwork all over the room with Kylus propped up on her bed in a casual manner right next to her. His eyebrows furrowed.
