I groaned when I heard my phone's notif tone rang.

'Hey! Good morning!' it's a new number. I ignored. I really don't respond to unknown numbers. But before I could put it down it rang again.

'Got your number from Kris. Pick you up at 1. Let's go to the field together.' My brows furrowed. then it rang again.

'It's Glynn. Go back to sleep. Sorry I disturbed you.' Glynn? I see.

'Do pick me up. Carry my bag too please. I'll go back to sleep. Nyt!' A smile formed my lips then drifted off to sleep again. Though it's already morning and it's a weekday the faculty cancelled our classes so we can prepare for the week end trip.

I groaned in annoyance when my alarm for 11am went off. I couldn't sleep at all last night because of my headache and I still got headache. I reached for my phone to turn the alarm off when I saw 13 message notifs and 6 missed calls.

'Don't forget about the trip Ave!' Kris

'Get up early!' Kris

'Woken up yet?' Mama

'Had breakfast bae?' Mama

"Take care during the trip. I called Dr. Gid to cancel your appointment. Call me when you need anything. Love you.' Mama

'Heard you're going for a week end school trip. Take good care of yourself and take your meds on time.' Bro G

'WAKE UP! OPEN THE DOOR!' Kris

'Damn! What are you even doing?!' Kris

'You even changed the password!' Kris

'Almost ready. Pick you up later. Wanna eat lunch with me?' Unknown

'I'll wait for you at the lobby by 12.' Unknown

'Left you a breakfast by the door.' Kris

'Take good care of yourself. Do remind Kris that if anything happens to you I'll bury his lover alive.' Dad

Then all missed calls are from Kris. Forcing myself up I walked towards the door and opened it and found the food hanging on the knob. I took it and placed it straight to the fridge. My head aching so bad I still went for a bath.

After saving his number I rested on my bed for awhile before completely changing my towel into tight jeans and a black hoodie. Spraying some perfume on my neck before dragging my small luggage down to the lobby leaving my uncombed hair. When I finnaly got down I saw Glynn seated at the waiting area near the entrance. Ran to me when he saw me leaving his luggage behind.

"Let me take your luggage." He said taking it from my hand while smiling. "Wanna eat lunch?" He asked as we're walking towards his luggage.

"Sun's?" I asked. It's the only cafe near though but they also serve meals.

"Okay." He shifted his luggage to mine so it touched back to back and dragged it in together in one hand.

'Going to eat lunch. Sorry for not able to hear your knocks.' I sent it to Kris and then it rang after a few minutes.

"Hey!" It was Henry. "We're both at Sun's. Seen Glynn yet" He asked.

"Yeah. Going there too. Kris?" I asked.

"Here baby." It was Kris. "By the way, let's talk later. Got something to say." he said in a serious tone.

"Okay. See you guys there." I ended the call.
