Chap 3

Indhu's Pov

I can feel the pleasant smell like before when I was talking to Inba but I was angry that they are misunderstanding us. The moment he was to explain to everyone that we are just friends someone was pulling me from behind turning me around it was the masked guy.

He is not having the mask now, his face is full of hair, so soft like a puppy even his face is like a puppy, he came close locking the eyes, the stare giving me shivers, he held me so tight and leaned over to the nook of the neck and smelled me. The hair tingling me giving goosebumps all over the body.

He said "Mate" and everyone face showed a different reaction. Inba seems to be happy, Vera too but Inniya was not taking it. Inniya pulled him back and asked, "Are you certain".

"What a stupid question Inni, Can't he smell his mate," Vera asked.

Ok, now I feel like they are speaking some alien language. 

"Of-course he can that is why I am asking, you two were the ones who found her in the forest and took her here but he is claiming her to be mate only now, Don't you guys feel that something is not right," Inniya said and turned to ask "Are you masking your scent" I stared at her in confusion.

Swara then asked "Are you using any kind of scent" Ah at last someone is speaking in the language I know. "Yes, you know right the one I use daily." Swara nodded at Inniya like they understood something and then Inniya called the masked guy to discuss something privately.

He left me, just like that jumped off the deck and went away, with him the pleasant smell of orange and tea vanished. I felt an emptiness when he is not holding me.

This is so weird but I am still liking him. Can someone really smell like that but now I at least figured out that my favourite smell is not some jinx but coming from a person. Now I have to think for all the other questions that are running through my mind.

I turned to Inba with a questioning look. He looks confused but turned to Vera for an answer. But no one dares to speak. Within 10 min Inniya is back with the masked guy, now he is in the mask again. He is looking into my eyes without blinking and his eyes turned golden from hazel and it feels like he is struggling to bring it back to hazel. I don't know how his eyes change colour but I was enchanted by the eyes.

Inniya was the one broke the spell, she asked everyone to sit for breakfast. Everyone was eating silently but I was unable to take off my mind from the smell I have to divert my mind so I turned to Inba and asked "what are we going to do for college, I have already applied"

Everyone stopped eating and are angrily staring at Inba. "No one is going to college" Masked guy roared. Ok someone is angry and I held onto Inba as everyone's angry stare is scaring the shit out of me.

The masked guy turned to Inba and shouted she is my mate and the next moment Inba tried to remove his hand from my hold. Tears started rolling down my eyes,  I can no longer take this.

Inba looked at the masked guy like asking for permission and after he nodded he came to me and started caressing my hair. Inniya was still angry and so is Vera and Swara.

I stood up from my seat and said "Inba can you please take me to the village, I don't want to be here where everyone seems so angry. I didn't do anything wrong I want to leave"

Inba was a little sad but the masked guy seems so angry. I am not going to think of anyone, I am determined to leave but in few steps, I clutched my stomach and sat on the ground.

No!!! not now.😡😡 This is really the worst time to have my periods. After taking the medicine from Orphanage this period's cramps are killing me. I shouldn't have taken that but it is too late to think of this now. I will not be able to even move from here.

I turned to Inba thinking that he will understand and as I thought he understood me and immediately taken me inside the wooden house and others followed him. He announced to everyone that I am having periods. Ahhh this is so embarrassing.

Inniya spoke for the first time without anger in her voice. Vera, you take her to the cabin and stay with her, she is not safe among us, if our people sense human blood they will come for her. 

"oh ok if I am human what are you guys then aliens,"  I said it out with annoyance.

"We are werewolves don't you know that, isn't that the reason you are chasing after Inba but even worst you are now seducing our Alpha" Inniya is keeping serious accusation on me.

I got angry with what she is saying "I don't know what are you talking about and I am not going to take any more of your anger. Inba please take me away from these idiots I beg you" I shouted and started crying.

Swara was calming down Inniya at the same time the masked guy is getting furious. Vera asked the masked guy to take me to Cabin and he wasted no time and carried me to the cabin.

Inba's Pov.

I am sad that Indhu is getting accused of something she is not even aware of so I started speaking in our mind link so Indhu won't get to know. 

When Inniya was angrily spatting at Indhu I lost my control and said "Guys I know her well, I spent almost 18 hours a day with her even sometimes we even did sleepovers, which means she is not out of sight for few mins, I know her well, she is innocent"

This made our Alpha angry that I have spent a night with his mate, even though it was just a sleepover and not something else everyone will be possessive over their mate Vera was the one to speak he asked our Alpha to take Indhu to the cabin.

The cabin is a hideout of our Alpha little far from our place, as we are living as part of mountain tribes social workers come visit us at those times Alpha will go live in there as he may frighten the visitor because of his appearance.

Its already been a day and Indhu is still with Badhri which is also scaring me but I can't provoke his jealousy by asking him. I got an idea, I asked Swara to take Indhu's bag which is in her room and take it to Indhu by that I can confirm Indhu is safe.

"Correct, it's her bag we need to check and find if she has any alter motive," Inni said.

She is still not over the thought that Indhu is an intruder with a bad motive, we cannot blame her, she is the Gamma of the pack and everything and everyone outside the pack feel like an intruder to her.

Before I can say anything they are checking the bag and found a bag with some tablets. Swara was studying medicine so she will know what they are. She was shocked after opening the medicine bag.

"Please take me to her immediately," Swara asked and that doesn't sound good. Vera was taking Swara, Inni wanted to join, I can't let them handle Indhu so I also went along with them.

Once we reached the cabin we saw Badhri standing outside and immediately he saw us he ran towards us and said "Guys I don't know what to do, the room is now full of her scent and I can't handle it"

Swara didn't even wait to say anything and rushed inside and everyone followed. I can see that Badhri is panicked too.

Indhu was laying on the bed all crawled up, immediately after entering the room Swara shouted: "Indhu why are you taking wolf suppressant?"

Everyone face showed panic and horror.

Indhu was startled by the sudden sound and with the gloomy face, she asked: "what is suppressant?"
