Chap 4

Indhu's Pov

The masked guy was carrying me bridal style to some cabin and in the small trip to the wooden house, I felt too comfortable with him. Being near me his scent is giving so much happiness to me and I can't take my eyes off him and his wolfy face is not scaring me even a bit.

After a few minutes of silence I asked him his name, he looked at me with surprise and said "Badhri" with his bass voice. I like his name and even his voice, his hazel eyes are so attractive but the gold version is more attractive, also his struggle for making it hazel every time it turned gold was so cute.

After reaching the cabin he left me inside the house and went somewhere, I was feeling vacant when he left. Soon I was struggling with my period's cramps. I shouldn't have pushed myself so much yesterday with all the trekking I become so weak.

After few hours he entered the room to give me some fruits, he came closer and sat near my bed, his scent alone is like a soothing medicine for me and before I could stop myself I asked "Please sit beside the bed until I fall asleep" I know he is a stranger but it felt like I know him for a long time.

His eyes turned gold immediately but he tried to make it normal and sat beside me. I fall asleep in a few minutes and was woken up by a sudden burst of noise.

I was not even able to get up and look but I tried my best. Swara was in the room and others are standing near the door.

Swara asked "why are you taking wolf suppressant? "

I was literally pissed by their behaviour from the moment I came here. I should recover from my illness to deal with them but they are not even giving me the time.

I tried to get up and sit down, Inba was trying to get to me but one look from Badhri made Inba retreat. Swara came and held me now.

With complete annoyance, I shouted "I don't know what the fu!k you are talking about, please leave me, I won't do anything to you and I will leave immediately after I recover and won't ever return here. Sorry that I came here, I really thought you guys are tribal and till now I don't even know if werewolf really exists" With tears, I completed my sentence.

Swara was nodding at everyone as if confirmed everyone that I am telling the truth. Is she a lie detector or what?

After some time I calmed down and again Swara asked about the suppressant. This time Badhri asked what are they.

"She is taking heat suppressant which means she is an omega, by her looks we can already say that she is an omega but she is also having a wolf suppressant as well," Swara said.

"So she is a wolf," Inba said with excitement.

"What if she brought that to give someone here to make us weak" Inniya said.

Ahh, here she goes with her accusations again.

"Guys why are you still not believing, she is really one of us," Inba said

Everyone turned to him and asked him to shut up. Inba tried to tell "I think she is"

Inniya was becoming weak and said, "please don't mention her again."

"Mention who," I asked and she replied, "it's none of your business." I was offended by her way of treating me.

Bhadri spoke then "she is someone who we can't forget but don't want to remember"

I can feel the pain in everyone, then realized that person must be someone special.

Swara spoke again to divert everyone so eventually, the question was pointed to me. "Why are you having this medicine, do you know this can even kill our wolf"

"I don't understand how me taking this medicine kill your wolf" I replied little annoyed.

Swara said "Indhu please calm down and explain what happened or tell us about your past with anything related to this medicine"

I started the flashback of my life.

I was brought to the orphanage from a refugee camp as I was not having any family, I had a head injury that I was not able to remember anything related to how I ended up in a refugee camp without my parents. Actually, I don't even have any memory of my parents.

I started living in the orphanage and often I fall sick there was this doctor who took care of me, my caretakers said that he is the one who took me to the orphanage.

After a few years, I started getting some wage memories of my childhood, I felt I came from the forest and lived in the forest. But nobody believed.

I also had a weird voice in my head which said I should go back to the forest. When I said this to everyone they thought I was going crazy so the doctor gave me this medicine, It was when I was 13. 

When I took this medicine for the first time I fall sick for a week, I was not able to tolerate the pain. So I avoided visiting that doctor.

After that, I had the same voice inside my head last year when Inba came home for vacation. Also, I was having fever after every period so I went to an orphanage for consulting the doctor but he was not there. But they gave me 2 types of pills. One for the voice and one for the fever after a period.

This time it was even worse, as before I fall sick but it felt like killing some part of me. I was not getting a fever after my periods as before but I can see that I was becoming weak after that. I become so weak that I can't even handle my period cramps, even common cold was difficult for me to handle. 

After I completed my story I looked into Swara, her reaction told me something was not right. "Swara is everything alright, please tell me what happened to me."

"See, every werewolf have a wolf inside us and we transform into one whenever we want, if you eat this you won't be able to transform into one, even kill it" Swara replied.

I was shocked by this information, tears started rolling down my eyes, Bhadri was holding me now and giving me moral support.

"Do you guys think I have killed my wolf already?" I said

What? Noo! Fu!k!!!! Everyone was giving a different reaction.

"Why they do something like this, I just want to find that doctor and kill him" Bhadri was fuming with anger.

I hold his arm to calm him down.

"It's great we are already struggling to bring our Alpha back to normal, now his mate is not even having her wolf. It's so great" Inni said in frustration.

"Is it possible to get her wolf back or trigger it again" Vera spoke after a long time.

"There are a few possibilities but I don't think it's a good idea," Swara said.

"If my wolf was a part of me and I have just ignored it for this long, I can do anything to bring it back" I replied with determination.

"You have to mate with Badhri," She said.

"What?" everyone shouted at the same time in disbelief including me.
