Epilogue

We were laying there, intertwined as one. My eyes were opened as I stared off into space. I don't know what time it is but it's a good possibility I won't make it to work today. Tae's been sleep for a while but my thoughts won't allow me. I caressed his chest with my fingers as I thought aloud.

"I'm scared. I'm scared that one day you'll leave, and I'll be alone to raise my babies. I'm scared of that, by me opening my heart up again, will only leave me to burn." I don't know if he heard me or not but his grip did get tighter around me. I just let go and melted away in his arms trying to get some type of sleep.

The sun rose up and I opened my eyes to an empty bed. A sigh escaped my lips, as my feet touch the slightly cold floor. On my way to the bathroom to wash my face I hear pots, so I follow the sound to Taehyung, shirtless, making breakfast.

"Thought you'd left." I mumbled to myself.

"Never." He spoke bringing me out of my thoughts. "I'll never leave you Ari, I'll always be here, like it or not." His words had another meaning to it, but I decided to brush it off with a smile before heading back towards the bathroom.

After I finished everything the food was already done and set at the island. He poured some apple juice as I took my seat.

"How did you sleep?" He broke the silence.

"Okay." I shrugged. "You?"

"Just perfect." I blushed a bit while holding my head down, playing with the food. "Are you okay?"

"Honestly no, but I will be." Just as I finished my sentence my phone rings. I hop down to go get it from the living room. After checking the ID, I press decline, making my way over to my food.

"Work?"

"No, my mother." I sigh.

"Why didn't you answer?"

"I have nothing to say."

"What do you mean, you should have plenty to say-

"Just drop it Taehyung." He takes a sharp breath before doing as I said. The rest of the morning was quiet and maybe that's my fault but I don't care. He showered and met me in my bedroom.

"Get dressed." He said.

"Why?"

"Because I'm taking you somewhere." Was all he said before he went to retrieve his clothes out the washer and dryer. I was very confused and baffled by his attitude but I decided to get up and find something to wear.

I dressed very casual, white tee, blue jeans and a jean jacket, paired with my fav black high top vans. After we got dress we went to his car.

"So, you want to tell me where we're going."

"You'll see." I slightly smiled before turning his attention back towards the road. After fiftteen long, quiet minutes in the car we stopped in front of my parents- parent house.

"Why are here Taehyung?" I asked clearly annoyed.

"Because you need to talk to them."

"No I don't." I crossed my arms.

"Ari-

"Do you not remember what happen four months ago!?" I cut him off while looking at him.

"I know. But if you forgive them then you won't have to carry that pain, you can truly be happy and I'm pretty sure you didn't talk to them to get answers about Mr. Lee being your father or not."
