[Emily's POV]

"Who sent this?" I muttered skeptically as I rose a brow.

"Well, since the person didn't mention his/her name..." I said, trailing off as I smirked slyly. "I will have to hack their phone," I completed as I got my iPad and started typing some codes.

My hands moved with ease as I typed. I was already so used to typing and hacking due to certain... circumstances. After a minute, I stopped typing and smiled.

I got the person's address.

"It seems like this person went through a lot of effort to make sure I didn't find them," I said letting out a nonchalant smirk before it fell.

"Tsk! I am annoyed it took me that long though," I clicked my tongue regretfully at how much work the person made me do. I need to brush up on my hacking skills.

I looked at my iPad and started checking security camera footage at the general address. I looked through them before finding the one that the person was in it.

I looked at the video footage that happened at the time the person sent me the video and watched as a hooded person broke a small object and threw it away.

"Oh! No wonder it took me longer to get the address! The SIM card that was used to send me the message was broken and thrown away but still... Doesn't this person know that a SIM card can't be broken with just hands? At least not the important part that destroys it," I clicked my tongue in annoyance at the terrible effort made to destroy the evidence before looking back at the screen.

Even though he didn't fully destroy the SIM, he still threw it away which means he knew what he was doing.

I got a bit serious and started typing some codes again. I got the specific address where the message was sent and where the card was now...

"Hmm, the person sent it in the restaurant near my office, Domain Restaurant," I muttered, raising a brow at the information.

"Surprisingly, my people didn't notice him. I wonder why," I paused for a minute before deciding to check where he threw the card.

"Oh really? So this is what he is doing now?" I scoffed playfully and then smirked as I saw that he threw the card in a dump yard near my school. It was like the person was trying to taunt me.

I checked the messages and everything on the SIM but it seems it was a new one. There was absolutely nothing apart from the message he sent.

I furrowed my brows in contemplation and slight worry before dismissing it. Whatever was going on, my friends were coming soon anyway and I would tell them about it when they arrive.

I might not see this person as a serious threat but it wouldn't hurt to be fully prepared and alert.

I switched off my iPad and smiled. Life was kinda getting boring before but this would make it more interesting. First, a person with an unknown background comes to my school and now, someone knows my secret.

Speaking of Nick...

I quickly switched on my iPad again and searched for him but which the limited information that I had about him, nothing came up about him. With nothing useful coming up, I switched off my iPad.

With all this, Nick seems like the most likely person to have sent that message but that would be too obvious and the person shouldn't be that careless.

I thought about it for a while before I got tired and decided to look around my room to pass time as I wait for my friends to arrive.

As I was looking around, I saw a picture frame I had kept on my table with its face down. I picked it up and looked at the picture. It was a picture of a boy carrying a little girl on his shoulders and it made my eyes glisten with tears.

"B-brother, I miss you," I said softly as my voice broke a little. I looked at the picture in nostalgia and gently traced it.

I still remember that day when he carried me on his shoulders. I was giggling and laughing so hard as he played around with me.

He looks just like Dad with his silver hair and blue eyes but dyed his hair black so he would look like me.

[Flashback]

"Brother, you look so much like Daddy and I look like Mommy. Does that mean we are also a daddy and mummy?" I had asked innocently as I looked at my big brother.

He was 9 years old then while I was 5 years old. He was a whole 4 years older than me yet still played with me as a loving brother would.

My brother had chuckled at my words and then carried me as he tapped my nose gently.

"But I don't want to look like Daddy, I want to look like you," he had said, whining playfully.

"Well, you still look like me since we both have blue eyes," I said, gesturing to both our eyes.

"Yeah, but Mom and Dad also have blue eyes and they are not siblings. Anyone can have the same color for their eyes and just be strangers," My brother, Emmett, had said sadly.

I didn't like him being sad so I thought of a way to cheer him up.

"What about you change your hair to match mine? You can change it from silver to black and look like me and Mommy!" I had said happily as Emmett brightened up at the idea.

"Yes, you are right! Let's ask Mom and Dad to do it!"

We went back inside the house and met our parents in the living room.

"Daddy! Mommy! Brother wants to change his hair to look like me, so can you change his hair for us please?" I had asked childishly as I tugged their clothes.

"Do you children want to look like twins?" Mom had asked looking at us.

"Yes, I want to dye my hair and look like my sister," Emmett had said with confidence.

"And you are not even worried that I will be sad that you don't look like me?" Dad asked, pretending as if he was sad.

I had looked between Dad and my big brother. I was scared that Dad would not grant our request and thought of a way to fix it.

"Daddy! Daddy! Don't you want us to look like twins? We would be so cute! Daddy also wants brother to look like me, right? Am I not cute enough?" I had asked sadly pouting with tears almost coming from my eyes.

Dad could not bear to see me cry and immediately stopped teasing us. He agreed to dye Emmett's hair black and everyone was happy. Emmett had happily showcased his hair everywhere with me on his shoulder.

I remember when Mom called him suddenly and as he turned to look at her with me still being on his shoulder, we heard a click sound as she took a picture of us. She said she wanted to keep the picture for reminiscence sake and since we looked so cute like that.

We had all laughed before hugging ourselves.

[Flashback ends]

The flashback I had made me cry more as I also remembered the day he went missing...
