Chapter 26

I was grinning at Alex and his eyes were widen. "Are you serious?" he asked. I nodded. "I'm totally serious." I said grinning. "FUCK!" Flyzik shouted and got into his car then drove away. Alex wrapped his arms around me and pressed his lips into mine. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back. He held out the kiss and I had to pull away when I ran out of breath. He pressed his forehead against mine and grinned at me. I grinned up at him. "I love you so much Tori." he whispered. "I love you too Alex." he pressed his lips against mine again. He slid his arms down under my butt and lifted me up. I wrapped my legs around his waist and he carried me inside. 

He carried me all the way upstairs to his room. Once we were in his room he set me down and I frowned. "I have to give something back to you." he grinned and kissed my nose. He walked over to his dresser and grabbed something then walked back over to me. Alex got down on one knee and held up the ring. "Victoria Barakat, will you marry me?" he asked grinning. I grinned and nodded. "Yes. And that wasn't necessary." I said as he slid the ring onto my finger. He stood up and kissed me. "I wanted to do it tho." he grinned. I grinned back at him. 

"You know what? I don't want a big wedding. Let's just go away for a few days and get married. We can have Jack watch Jasey. We can just get away for a few days and get married. Have some us time." I said. He grinned. "That's a great idea. Do you think Jack would watch Jasey? Do you trust Jack with her?" he asked. I nodded. "I think Jack will be fine. I'd ask my parents but they'd want to come along and I just want it to be us." I smiled. "You know Jack will be upset. He was really looking forward to being my best man." Alex said. I shrugged. "Oh well. He'll get over it." I said. "Alright then. How soon do you want to go away?" he asked. "As soon as you want to." I said. He smiled and kissed me. "I'll go book us a nice place to go." he said. "Alright and I'll call Jack." I said.

Alex left the room to go book us a place. I pulled out my phone and called Jack. "Hey sis." he said cheerfully. "Hey bro. Can I ask you a huge favor?" I asked. "Sure go ahead." he said. "Well Alex and I want to go away for a few days and we were wondering if you could watch Jasey for us." I said. I hoped he wouldn't mine. "Sure! I'd gladly watch my adorable little niece." he said. I smiled. "Thanks so much Jack!" I said. "No problem! When are you guys leaving?" he asked. "I'm not sure yet. I will tell you when we find out. But you have to promise that you won't get drunk and will be responsible with her." I said. I was nervous about leaving her with Jack but I didn't want to bring her along.

"I promise. I will protect her." Jack said. "Alright good. Thanks again." I said. "No problem." he said then we said goodbye and hung up. I walked downstairs and over to Alex who was sitting on the couch with his laptop on his lap. "Having any luck?" I asked. He grinned and looked at me. "How about we go to Hawaii and we can get someone to marry us on the beach?" he suggested. I grinned. "That sounds perfect." I said and sat next to him. "Great." he kissed me then turned back to his laptop and planned our trip. 

A few weeks passed and it was the day we were leaving to Hawaii. I handed the bags to Alex as he placed them into the trunk of Jack's car. Jack was going to drive us to the airport. After the bags were in the trunk Alex got into the passenger seat and I sat in the back. Jasey was next to me in her carseat. I smiled and kissed her forehead. I going to miss her so much. Jack started driving to the airport. "So is there a reason for this getaway?" Jack asked. "We just wanted a few days to ourselves." I said. I didn't want to tell Jack we were getting married.
