Once there was a turtle. The turtle wanted to join the forest race, but all the other animals always told him that he is too slow to race.
So the turtle asked his rabbit friend for help, and the rabbit said "Sure I'll help you!"
The rabbit taught the turtle how to run, and the turtle was the fastest of all turtles.
The turtle was happy.
After days of training it was time for the forest race. The turtle saw his rabbit friend in the crowd, cheering, and the turtle was even happier.
As soon as the race started, the turtle started to run. And run. And run—
But the turtle didn't win, the fox won.
And he was sad, he was sad for weeks. The turtle talked to his rabbit friend about it all, and soon enough the turtle moved on, and adapted another hobby; eating lettuce. He still ran every day though, and he was the fastest turtle in the whole world.
And the turtle was happy.
