EPILOGUE

Y/N's POV

I stroll in the park when we had our first date. Reminiscing those memories that I had with her. A faint smile crept on my lip. I ignored all the eyes of the world and took a seat on the bench where we had our first heart to heart conversation.

My eyes started to glassy when I reached something from my pocket. It is a necklace with a penguin pendant.

"Myoui Mina." I mumbled as I traced my finger at that pendant. "The girl who take my breath away. The girl who never failed mesmerized me every single day. The girl who....," I stopped as my tears slowly streaming on my cheeks. A tap on my shoulder startled me. Quickly, I wiped my tears with my sleeves. Try to regain my composure.

Someone sat beside me. I try so hard not to shed any tears. He sighed as he look how messy I was.

"Y/N..." he try to reach my hand but I quickly avoid.

"Don't. Please stop," my voice cracked.

"Please, don't do this. She need you, Y/n. Please don't give up on her." Jimin plead to me. I'm not giving up. I'm just tired and I want everything to go back to normal. When I and her still an enemies.

I look at him through my glassy eyes and let out a small laugh. "I'm sorry, Jimin. But this is for the best."

He averted his eyes from me. Clenching his fist. "Best? For who? You just make yourself suffer, Y/n. I know you still loves her. If you are not, why you still keep that necklace? Come on, Y/n. You can't fool me."

I get up. Jeongyeon, Dahyun and Tzuyu is watching me from distance. I'm grateful that I met them, that we are friend. Childhood bestfriend to be exact.

Without even looking at him, I spoke for the last time before my departure to Los Angeles tomorrow. "I have to go now, Jimin.Please take a good care of her. She deserve all the happiness in this world. I know she in the good hands now."

Walking away from him, tears streaming down. I clenched my fist until I can feel my palm bleeding because of my nails.

"Y/N", Jimin yelled my name and make me stopped in middle. My back still facing him.

"She love you, Y/n. It's you! Not me," he spat out the truth. Taking a deep breath as trying to get ahold of myself, I look him over my shoulder.

"Take a good care of Mina. I know you will do your best to keep her happy. You are good guy, Jimin."

I walk away from him. I will leave all this thing behind. I will leave my friend, my family and her, Myoui Mina.
