THE SORROW

3rd Person POV

2 days later

Jisoo rubbed her face before looking back at the body infront of her. She has been unconscious for two days. Doctor say she lost a lot of blood and if she arrived at the hospital a minute later, they might lose her.

"Y/n, please wake up. Please," Jisoo couldn't hide her sadness and sobbing.

"Are you crying?" A familiar voice greeted Jisoo's ear. A voice that she has been dying to hear.

Jisoo looked up and saw Y/n smiling weakly at her. "You're up? Oh my god, you're up! I'll call doc..,"

"Wait. There is something we need to talk."

Jisoo look at Y/n with a confused face but reluctantly agreed.

Jisoo slowly stepped out from Y/n's ward. She can't believe what Y/n just request to her. Her back leaned on the door.

Flashback. 30 minutes ago

"What's wrong, Y/n?" Jisoo asked as soon as she sat back at the chair beside bed. Her eyes never left Y/n.

"I want to go far away from here, Unnie," Y/n's word surprised Jisoo. Her eyes wide and her mouth open slightly. "What do you mean?" Jisoo asked. Y/n sighed before averting her eyes away from Jisoo's. Jisoo can see sadness in that girl's eyes. She can't understand what Y/n feels right now but she know that this time Y/n really hurt.

"I want to go far from here. As far as possible. Can you help me?" her voice seems so distant.

"Y/n, I--," Jisoo hesitated when she saw a crystal clear tear from Y/n's eyes.

"I want to go far from here. I don't want to do this anymore. I'm tired pretending like I'm strong when I'm not," Y/n closed her eyes and took a deep breath. When she opened her eyes, her eyes became glassy. Jisoo felt pity for Y/n. If she were in Y/n's shoe, she don't know how to react. Y/n like a sister to her. She can't watch Y/n being sad. It hurts her so much.

"What do you want me to do?" Jisoo try to find Y/n's eyes.

"I want you to send me to Los Angeles. To our US branch. And keep it as a secret. Can you do that for me?" Y/n turn her face to look at Jisoo. She seems startled for a while.

"B-but how? I-I don't have that p-power. Hal-abeoji is the one who can make that kind of decision," said Jisoo. She's kinda worried since Y/n is a girl. To send her to US by herself, it's dangerous. And also, Jisoo don't want Y/n to be alone.

"Hal-abeoji will agree. Just let me talk to him," Y/n said. Jisoo look at Y/n.

"How do you know that hal-abeoji will agree?"

"I have way to make people agree with me," Y/n answered non-chalantly.

"How about Mina?"

"What about her?"

"She has been non-stop asking about you since that incident." Jisoo said it softly. She hope that Y/n will forgive Mina.

"And? What do you expect me to do?"

Y/n's words make Jisoo speechless. She didn't Y/n will answer like that. That's mean Mina really hurt her this time. And there is nothing can heal her wound.

"Nothing. Forget what I said. I see what I can do," Jisoo reached for Y/n hand before giving a light squeeze. She's ready to leave the room when Y/n said something that leave her speechless again.
